Hugh Jackman Wishes The World A Happy Mother's Day From The Set Of Les Mis!

And remains absolutely charming, while doing so, of course!

Hugh Jackman took a short break from production of the film adaptation of the Les Misérables musical to wish moms of the world a very happy Mother's Day this Sunday, and also took the opportunity to provide fans with a quick peek at the absolutely stunning and super-detailed London set of the period piece!

Ch-ch-check out his lovely warm-wishes (above)!

So thoughtful and sweet!

And we don't care how aged you look as Jean Valjean, boy!

You are still one SEKSI revolutionary! Ha!

Now finish up your work day so you can go spend the rest of it with the lovely mother of your children!

Russell Crowe Is Miserably SEXY In Les Miserables!

russell-crowe-les-miserables-twit-pic.jpg

Just don't get too miserable, Russell. We don't want any phone's being thrown around set!

Russell Crowe recently tweeted the above pic of himself as Javert on the set of Tom Hooper's Les Miserables.

And he is looking ruggedly, miserably, handsome!

The star-studded cast who all have to sing LIVE during each take, includes Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Anne Hathaway as Fantine, Sacha Baron Cohen as Thernardier, Amanda Seyfried as Cosette, and Helena Bonham Carter as Madame Thenardier.

We want to hear the people singing, NOW!! Oh, this film will be just as epic - if not more - than the stage version!!

2012-tony-award-nominations

Well, we think it's safe to say that three of these could sweep this entire year's ceremony!

The 2012 Tony Awards Nominations were announced this morning by Kristin Chenoweth and Jim Parsons, and on top of Bernadette Peters and Hugh Jackman receiving honorary awards - as we reported yesterday - it's clear that there are three big frontrunners this year, as the musical Once managed to garner 11 nods, with Nice Work If You Can Get It and The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess following close behind with 10 each!

Holy shiz! That is seriously impressive!

We can't wait to see how they do when the ceremony airs on June 10th! How about U?!

Is The Hobbit Mount Doomed?

Evangeline Lilly And Hugh Jackman Real Steel 2 Instead of The Hobbit

Ruh-roh, Bilbo!

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey just screened at CinemaCon 2012 and responses were lukewarm at best.

It was only a 10 minute clip of Peter Jackson’s HIGHly anticipated sequel to last decade’s box-office destroying Lord of the Rings trilogy but some fans were left upset and betrayed.

Many of the complaints surrounded a needless conversion to 3-D, saying it looked like video or generally unfinished.

One editor was complimentary in his tweets:
