Now she definitely has a Problem!
On Tuesday, songwriter Alex Greggs filed a lawsuit claiming Ariana Grande's 2014 hit One Last Time is EXTREMELY similar to his 2012 song Takes All Night, performed by EDM artist Skye Stevens!
According to legal docs, Greggs says the Dangerous Woman and producer David Guetta stole the music and lyrics of his song's chorus!
He is demanding royalties from Ari's track.

Jermaine Jackson's wife is speaking out about their divorce.
The 46-year-old broke her silence to People on Friday, saying:
"With a great amount of sorrow and regret, I today announce that I am filing for divorce from Jermaine Jackson."
The Jackson 5 alum's longtime love cited irreconcilable differences for the split, and revealed a little bit about her crumbling relationship with Janet Jackson's big bro, adding:
"We have enjoyed many good times during our marriage of nearly 12 years, but we have reached a point where our lives would be better and more productive if we are not married. I respect and care for Jermaine and his legendary family, and feel blessed to have been a part of the Jacksons."
And even though Miz Rashid listed their separation date as November 28, 2015 — the same day she was arrested for injuring her now-estranged husband in a fight at their home — she did not mention the incident.
Instead, she's asking for privacy during the split, saying:
"At this time, I ask that our friends, family members and the media respect the difficulty of this decision and allow us privacy as we move on with our lives. Thank you very much."

It looks like Jermaine Jackson and his wife couldn't get past that domestic violence incident last year.
On Tuesday, Halima Rashid filed for divorce from Janet Jackson's brother, saying irreconcilable differences are the reason for their split.
What's interesting is that the 61-year-old's longtime love cited their separation date as November 28, 2015, which is the same day she was arrested for injuring her husband in a fight at their home.
In the alleged altercation, Michael Jackson's big bro supposedly spit on his now-estranged wife, and she reportedly bit him on the leg.
However, lawyers couldn't figure out whether Jermaine or Halima was the attacker, so the case was dropped.
The Jackson 5 alum's third wife is now asking for spousal support, but since the pair didn't have any kids, there won't be any child support.
They had been married since 2004.

Wow, this is sort of a surprise!
On Monday, Tito Jackson took to Andy Cohen Live to reveal that his little sister Janet Jackson is NOT using a surrogate for her first pregnancy. The admission comes on the heels of rampant speculation surrounding Jackson's unexpected baby news.
Considering J.J. just turned 50-years-old last month, fans were curious as to how she conceived her little bundle of joy and how she'd carry out the pregnancy. Let's just say some peeps weren't convinced the singer was actually pregnant!
In addition to clearing up those surrogacy rumors, Mr. Jackson gave us an update on his sister's health:
Last week, we got a little bit worried when Joe Jackson was hospitalized again!
Michael Jackson's father was checked into a medical facility after things got a bit serious at a routine checkup. While at the hospital, the 87-year-old was supposedly running a high fever and docs couldn't quite figure out what was wrong.
"I would like to thank you all for the get well wishes and prayers. I am doing much better and growing stronger by the day. Doctors have ordered rest. Thank you always for having me in your thoughts and prayers."
However, not everyone thought he was going to recover. When word got out about his hospitalized, rumors ran rampant that the famous father had actually passed away!
Last week, the Arkansas native posted to his site to slam the speculation, penning:
