Howard is on Team Letterman all the way baby!

Last night, Howard Stern appeared on Late Show with David Letterman (above), and he swore that he will NOT promote America's Got Talent on Leno's show…even though he's working with NBC!

Ya gotta appreciate the loyalty! If we were talking Twilight, we're thinking Howard would be the kind of guy who'd only watch scenes with Taylor Lautner in them! (we assume he's a Team Jacob guy)

What do U think? Will Howard cave in and make an appearance on Leno???

Last night, the biggest divas of the day went head to head in the ratings as both Madonna and Jennifer Lopez were guests on late night talk shows. Madonna appeared on The Tonight Show to talk about her upcoming Super Bowl show and album, while J.Lo chatted with David Letterman on The Late Show about American Idol and her ex-husband.

So who drew in more eyeballs? That would be …. Madonna!

No surprise to us! Madge's sit down with Jay Leno scored a 2.7 rating, beating Jenny from The Block just by a hair with her 2.6 rating.

Close race, but they don't call her the Queen of Pop for nothing!

We're getting closer and closer to Madonna's Super Bowl performance!!! Can U feel the excitement??? It is insane!!

For the first time ever, Madonna's fan base is just as excited about the event as actual football fans. And the Madgesty fans who actually love the sport too?? OMG!! We feel bad for their hearts, LOL!!!

But thats not the only thing she's talking about in this Tonight Show interview with Jay Leno!! Oh nooo… she gave him all the goods!!!

Because this is what the fourth-ranked network needs right now — another lawsuit!

Last week, Jay Leno laid into Mitt Romney about his 1% lifestyle (look who's talking!) and joked that all Mitt's $$$ has gotten him the ultimate summer home: the Sikh holy shrine Golden Temple in Amritsar, India.

Well, there are some in the Sikh community who didn't find Jay's jab all that humorous. In fact, Dr. Randeep Dhillon of Bakersfield, CA actually filed a lawsuit on behalf of himself and the Bol Punjabi All Regions Community Organization, charging Jay and the network of libel.

In his suit,

The singer stopped by The Tonight Show and plugged her Nurtrisystem diet to Jay Leno.

She was stern with the host and whipped his butt into with the help of her trainer!

Jay's workout was specially tuned to the host and one of his Harley. He got quite the ab workout thanks to Janet!

NBC knows it, too, so they're throwing her a 90th birthday tribute with pretty much every celebrity ever:

Ellen DeGeneres, Morgan Freeman, Tina Fey, Ray Romano, Seth Meyers and Tracy Morgan have joined the star-studded line-up including Carl Reiner, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Vicki Lawrence and John O'Hurley.

Oh, and Mary Tyler Moore and White's Mary Tyler Moore co-stars Ed Asner, Valerie Harper and Gavin MacLeod, as well as Hugh Jackman, Carol Burnett, Jay Leno and Amy Poehler. Also, Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves will also be on hand to deliver birthday wishes along with Joel McHale and William Shatner.

They'll all be singing her praises for her from her first appearance on radio in 1947, to her newest show Betty White's Off Their Rockers, which is a prank show where old people play tricks on young people! Ha!

Seriously though, she deserves all the recognition and it sounds like it'll be a blast to watch and join in on remembering all the cool shizz she's done over the years!
