There's no doubt Captain America: Civil War will be one of the biggest movies of the year!
The superhero sequel boasts a roster of talent even bigger than the last Avengers film, including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Paul Bettany, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman.
Oh, and let's not forget Tom Holland's introduction as Spider-Man!
Well since the release date is so close, some critics have already gotten an early look at the film and taken to Twitter to share their first reactions!
Not only are the early impressions GREAT — no surprise with Disney lifting the social media embargo so early before the release date — but we've learned a few more specific things about the movie too!
Ch-ch-check out all the great early reactions and find out what we've learned from the upcoming superhero blockbuster (below)!
With series like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage, Marvel has been finding homes for its less powerful characters on Netflix!
The streaming service makes an excellent space for Marvel super heroes who deal with more darker, personal themes deemed be too risky for the big screen or network television.
Many fans think this platform would also make for a perfect fit for Hawkeye!
After all, the Avenger with the bow and arrow has yet to have his fair share of screen time — at least not what his own show could give him!
And Jeremy Renner isn't opposed to the idea!
During a recent Q&A at Silicon Valley Comic Con, the actor said he would be "open to" Hawkeye being the next Marvel hero to get the Netflix treatment, saying:
There are plenty of superhero movies coming out this year, but the one we're looking forward to the MOST is definitely Captain America: Civil War!
While Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! back in November to give us our first Cap 3 trailer, we were left wanting more — especially since there was no appearance of Tom Holland's Spider-Man!
Thankfully Marvel just released a BRAND NEW trailer filled with ALL the superhero action you can handle, a great look at Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, and our first look at the new Spidey!
Ch-ch-check out the absolutely AH-MAZING trailer (above) and let us know if you'll be seeing the epic superhero flick when it opens on May 6!
Bourne imitating life?
We can't wait to see Matt Damon kick ass once again in the role of superspy Jason Bourne!
But it looks like the upcoming Bourne 5 film will offer a look into a world similar to our own!
The franchise star and producer opened up about the plot of the top secret film, telling Entertainment Weekly:
And we thought WE were the most excited!
There are a ton of reasons to be excited about Captain America: Civil War — heck, it's basically Avengers 2.5 since it stars not only Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. but also Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, and newcomers Chadwick Boseman and Martin Freeman.
Oh yeah, and it introduces Tom Holland as a little known character that goes by the name Spider-Man!
We've been HIGHLY anticipating the wall crawler's return to the big screen — and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe no less — since the lackluster sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. While we won't get a full standalone movie from Sony until the summer of 2017, Cap 3 will introduce the newest version of the web slinger!
But now we have more reason to anticipate the film as the young star recently gushed to The Belfast Telegraph saying:
The brilliant YouTube channel JimA73 have applied their LEGO mastery to the trailer for Captain America: Civil War, and it's… still pretty intense! LOLz!
Man, they're going to need a lot of Kragle…
Jeremy Renner is officially back on the market!
On Tuesday, it was revealed that The Avengers actor and Sonni Pacheco finally put an end to their heated divorce proceedings. Unfortunately, it seems the 44-year-old will still have to cut a pretty hefty check every month to his now ex-wife.
Not to mention, the legal documents state that if Renner makes more than $2.3 million a year he will have to pay
