John Cena Body Slams Jon Stewart Like He's Amy Schumer In Trainwreck!

He kinda had it coming!

On Sunday, Jon Stewart returned to television to host WWE's SummerSlam in Brooklyn, New York.

The former Daily Show host had plenty of great moments, but probably none more memorable than when he jumped in the ring and got in on the action!

At one point during a match between John Cena and Seth Rollins, Stewart picked up a metal folding chart and hit Cena in the stomach — causing him to keel over and allow Rollins to finish him off!

We know, as RIDICULOUS as all of this is, it was still entertaining to see Stewart come back to Monday Night Raw last night and receive his punishment from Cena for the cheap shot!

The wrestler told Jon:

"You did what you felt you had to do. I understand that. So I know that you're going to understand this, because right now, I'm just gonna do what I gotta do."

He then picked up the 52-year-old and slammed him to the ground on his back!

Ch-ch-check out the outrageous moment while we all hope Stewart sticks to comedy from now on!

From The Daily Show to pro wrestling?!

Well, for Jon Stewart, yes! The host will be manning the screens for WWE's SummerSlam on August 23 in Brooklyn, New York!

Now that he's got some free time after stepping aside from Comedy Central, it only makes sense Stewart would take a chance on wrestling; after all, he's been there before!

Back in March, the host stepped into the ring on an episode of Monday Night Raw and settled his friendly feud with wrestler Seth Rollins, who had earlier crashed The Daily Show after Stewart playfully mocked Rollins online.

SummerSlam is going to be a star-studded event! Arrow's Stephen Amell is also going to be there, but as a wrestler! Cray!

The four-hour event will go live on WWE Network at 7pm ET on August 23.
