Jon Stewart Puts Barack Obama On Blast For Skipping The Charlie Hebdo Rally!

Jon Stewart is usually a pretty big fan of Barack Obama, but when it comes to the Charlie Hebdo massacre, he isn't mincing words.

On Monday night's Daily Show, the host pointed out that the U.S. was woefully absent from the Paris rally on Sunday, and that it didn't exactly show our solidarity for freedom of speech.

Jon said:

"How could the U.S. not be there when representatives of such beacons of freedom and lack of censorship as journalist-punishing Russia was there?"

The attack on Charlie Hebdo was a shocking tragedy that horrified the entire world.

And the people that usually respond to the ills of the world by making people laugh got hit particularly hard.

After all, every comedian, every cartoonist, every humorist, even every sassy blogger was hit with a reminder that freedom of speech is not universal.

What a sad, sad day for The Colbert Report fans!

Last night, December 18 was the series finale of Stephen Colbert's nine-year-long run on Comedy Central.

However, never one to do anything small, the show was a star-studded affair that found Patrick Stewart, Andy Cohen, James Franco, Jon Stewart, Bill Clinton and literally SO MANY OTHERS singing We'll Meet Again to help Stephen off to immortality.

Seriously, the host of the show (officially) can't die because HE killed Death last night in the last segment of Cheating Death.

SOMEone's got a serious case of the blues — at least color-wise!!

Anna Kendrick stopped by The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in New York on Wednesday, and she certainly stood out!

The Into The Woods actress wore a brilliant blue frock, and made sure nothing distracted from that baby's color by styling it with nude Christian Louboutin pumps.
