Jon Stewart is leaving his desk for TWELVE WEEKS (eight weeks of new episodes) and letting Jon Oliver take over the show for him while he goes and directs a movie!

What movie is more important than the fake news? An adaptation of BBC journalist Maziar Bahari's memoir! Jon's flick will be called Rosewater, while the memoir was titled Then They Came for Me: A Family’s Story of Love, Captivity and Survival, which we agree is waaaaaay too long for a movie poster! Ha!

In the end, though, we can only wish Jon luck — and thank him for replacing himself with another Jon so the change won't feel so abrupt!

After looking like a forest dweller at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Jennifer Lopez scrubbed the tree sap from her skin and emerged in glorious form at the premiere of her new film Parker in NYC on Wednesday.

Hurrah!

The 43-year-old looked superb in a strapless white peplum Lanvin dress with bow detail and white Lanvin pumps.

Before walking the red carpet, she greeted fans wearing a beautifully structured Lanvin coat.

As per usual, J.Lo's skin was glowing and her hair was shiny.

And now all is right with the world!

We're so used to seeing Jennifer Lopez dressed to the nines all the time that we can't quite wrap our head around this outfit!

J.Lo wore her finest lumberjack garb to make an appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in NYC on Tuesday night.

A fur-trimmed plaid Michael Kors coat, distressed baggy jeans, and plain white tee made up the bulk of her ensemble with white & gold Giuseppe Zanotti wedge sneakers providing the finishing touch.

SRSLY, we STILL can't believe our eyes!

Apparently, even glamazons get tired of the dress-up game after a while.

So of course he had to give his two cents on the whole Lance Armstrong scandal.

Jessica Chastain had a busy evening in NYC on Wednesday, first appearing on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and then heading to the Walter Kerr Theatre for a performance of The Heiress.

The Zero Dark Thirty actress went with a classic look, opting for a white Dolce & Gabbana dress and a sharp black blazer.

Casadei heels, a Givenchy bag and soft curls provided the finishing touches.

Her hair and makeup were perfect, as per usual.
