We're glad to see this is finally going to happen! Been a looooong time coming!
Way back in October 2010, we heard that Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts were in talks to star in a film version of Pulitzer/Tony-award winning play August: Osage County!
For those who haven't seen the play, it revolves around a grieving mother and daughter who mercilessly argue with each other, following the death of the family's patriarch.
Now, Weinstein Company executive David Glasser is saying that the film may start shooting THIS September, in hopes of wrapping production by the end of 2012!
If all goes according to plan, the film will be in Oscar contention during the 2013 awards season…and we have a feeling it'll DESTROY the competition!
What do U think? Are U excited to finally see an August: Osage County film? Do U think Meryl and Julia are right for the roles???

Okay, this movie looks a little more appealing now.
At first we thought Mirror Mirror was going to fail in comparison to Snow White and the Huntsman's badass trailer, but now we're thinking this could be a fun family film, kinda like Enchanted.
Check out the international trailer that was just released (above) and ask yourself: "Mirror, mirror on the wall, does this make me want to see this movie at all?"

After flip-flopping with the release date, Mirror Mirror has finally landed on a set date.
We hope… we mean, we'd love to guarantee this but with the track record, it's kinda hard to, LOL!!!
Originally set for June 29, the date changed to March 16 once Snow White and the Huntsman bumped up to June 1. But NOW they've changed it once again to…
Whoever they hired to cut these new sneak peeks of Mirror Mirror deserves a big, fat raise!
They took a movie that looked like it would fail in comparison to Snow White and the Huntsman and transformed it into something so different, the comparisons are beginning to drop.
While Snow White looks like it's going to badass and sexy, Mirror Mirror looks like the family fun, comical version of the story. And now they've really amped that up to a level where it firmly stands on its own.
Now… we still think we'll enjoy Snow White more just because we love a sexy catfight (and action-tastic special effects), but families and people needing something light will probably LOVE Mirror!
It's all clear, Julia Roberts! You can relax now. Your Snow White movie has a good chance, LOL!!
U gotta watch this awesome new sneak peek with Lily Collins!! Oh and P.S! Did we mention Armie Hammer is hotter than ever? (despite recently being arrested for pot in Texas)??
PresSsSsSs PlaaAYYY!!

Talk about an all-star cast! It pays to be well connected, eh Ryan?!
The man behind Eat, Pray, Love and Glee is adding two more very well respected names to the roster of his film adaptation of Larry Kramer's play The Normal Heart. The film already totes Julia Roberts, Alec Baldwin and Mark Ruffalo as the leads of the flick, but now, Emmy-winner Jim Parsons and sexy stud Matt Bomer have also been cast.

What what in the butt?
How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor is apparently releasing a memoir called One Big Blissful Thing in April. Writing a book isn't easy and we definitely applaud him for branching out into the literary world, but isn't this a little premature?
We realize he's a successful Hollywood actor that has come from humble Ohio roots, but he's only 37 and he's only famous for one show!
What kind of wisdom does he really have to share with the world? According to Amazon's description of the book, stuff like this:

This is definitely a much more fluffier version of Snow White, especially compared to KStew's Snow White and the Huntsman.
Julia Roberts and Lily Collins face off in the teaser poster for their upcoming film Mirror Mirror.
It's all very cute and sweet, much like what we expect the film to be after seeing the trailer.
So, what do U think? Does this poster make U want to go out and watch the movie??
