Kevin Federline’s ex-landlord Joseph Malek claims K-Fed owes him at least 7 months of rent money and mucho $$$ in property damage!

Apparently, Britney Spears’ ex-husband moved in to Malek’s mansion in 2008, turned the estate into a cigarette riddled trash heap, and then left in 2009 without paying a huge chunk of his rent.

And to promote the project, she's holding an on-line contest, for which the winner will receive one of the couple's wedding invitations! A real collectible!

This Malibu home probably brings back some great memories - and not so great memories - for Britney Spears.

The pop singer lived in the (above) home during her marriage to Kevin Federline, but then sold it to writer/director Stephen Sommers for $10 million back in 2007.

The home has since had a total makeover and is back on the market for a cool $13.5 million.

Amenities of the 1.5 acre estate include a six bedrooms, nine baths, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, a home theater, and two family rooms.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and we're sure for $13 million, it's a bargain of a price! LOLz!
