According to E! News, a source says the exes mutually agreed for Ozzy to move out while Sharon stays in the family home.
Although not confirmed, gossip is circulating that Sharon caught Ozzy, 67, having an affair with

Teen Mom 2's Corey Simms Files For Primary Custody Of His Kids With Leah Messer! Watch Her Emotional Reaction!
What a Mess! Will this legal battle ever end?!
In a promo clip MTV released on Tuesday, Leah Messer revealed that her ex-husband Corey Simms is seeking primary custody of the six-year-old twins they share, Aliannah and Aleeah.
Hold the phone! Didn't a judge JUST grant these two joint custody earlier this year?
Well, it looks like the famous father doesn't care for the court's decision, because he's filed legal docs to be the main custodian of their daughters.
The Teen Mom 2 alum broke the news to her sister in the preview video, saying:
"Corey filed these papers. He turned around and filed an objection to be the primary custodian."
The 24-year-old admitted the objection caught her off guard, since she and her former flame had been behaving better around each other, adding:
"I spoke to him after the hearing and everything went great. You know, we were actually kind of communicating and I thought that we were going to be able to coparent the way we used to."
The momma-of-three explained that his argument stated that West Virginia law doesn't recognize joint custodians. But the reality star is NOT here for another legal attack, responding:
This news is still so shocking.
As you may have heard, Catfish subject Ashley Sawyer was found dead in her Alabama apartment on Saturday morning at just 23 years old.
Hoover Police Lt. Charles McDonald talked to reporters about Ashley's untimely death on Tuesday, saying:
What a tragic end to an already sad tale.
Catfish is supposed to be a show about bringing star-crossed couples together, but unfortunately not every love story gets a happy ending.
It's with a heavy heart we must report that Ashley Sawyer, a participant on the MTV show from back in Season Two, was found dead at age 23 on Monday.
Ashley's cause of death is not currently known, but fans will remember her as the subject who realized she and her love interest Michael Fortunato were both "catfishing" each other.
What makes this news even sadder, however, is that Michael actually passed away from a pulmonary embolism at age 26 just a month after their episode aired in 2013.
Hosts Nev Schulman and Max Joseph each took to social media on Monday night to honor Ashley's memory, saying:
Check Out All The Times Kit Harington & Other Game Of Thrones Cast Members LIED About Jon Snow's Fate!
Good thing we didn't hold our breath!
After almost a year of keeping Jon Snow's fate up in the air, Game Of Thrones finally resurrected the fan favorite character at the very end of Sunday's episode.
While we couldn't be more excited for the revival of the Lord Commander, we can't help but feel a little duped by the cast's incessant denial that our favorite crow would ever again have a pulse.
Of course, the cast was just doing their job in countering the heavy fan speculation that the hunky Night's Watchman would live — but man, were they convincing in their ruse!
But when he did talk to reporters, the actor straight up lied and said he was "not coming back next season."
A few months later, the 29-year-old slightly changed his tune, curtly stating that he WOULD be in Season 6 — only to play a corpse! He told Time Out magazine:
We can't wait to watch this!!
Zac Efron is making his return to television, and the project sounds really, really fun!!
The Baywatch star and Neighbors alum is hosting and executive producing a brand new cooking and travel documentary for MTV, according to reports out this week!
The show is going to focus on stories centered around food, and the millennial culture's response to food and society around the world — which sounds like a very smart endeavor for the actor!!
The network released a brief statement about it:
