During Nicollette Sheridan's testimony in court today for her multi-million dollar wrongful termination lawsuit for being fired from Desperate Housewives, she discussed openly the HOrrific claim that series creator Marc Cherry hit her for suggesting new lines while filming a scene!

Apparently, Nicollette Sheridan has not only burned bridges, she NUKED them!
The witness list for Nicollette vs. Marc Cherry trial has been released and it will have Desperate Housewivers Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, James Denton, Marcia Cross and Neal McDonough.
All the former DH alums will testify on behalf of their old boss!
Nicollette's former cast-mates will state that they never saw Cherry hit her nor witnessed any retaliation after she went to ABC's head honchos.
Eva and the gang will testify for 30 minutes or less while Nicollette wants to hammer at Cherry for EIGHT HOURS!

To recap, Desperate Housewives alum Nicollette Sheridan has been pursuing legal action against show creator Marc Cherry for wrongful termination, breach of contract, and battery after her character was killed off the show.
Back in July, she filed new legal papers against Marc, claiming that he fired her from the show "for being a woman."

After eight years, the ladies of Desperate Housewives will be soon be desperate for a new job, and castmember Marcia Cross, who has played Bree Van de Kamp for the series' entirety, has opened up about leaving Wristeria Lane for good!
