Miley Cyrus sure looked sinful tonight at the Billboard Music Awards.

The 19 year old once again proved she's all grown up in a shorter than short Jean Paul Gaultier jacket dress and Christian Louboutin pumps.

We're a little torn on this one.

The jacket is definitely hawt, but the hair and makeup aren't really working for us.

Miley Cyrus sat down for an upcoming interview on Lifetime's The Talk The View The Conversation, hosted by Amanda de Cadenet and spilled some confessions from her early teen years!

Amanda took a page out of the book of Oprah and asked Miley what she would tell her fourteen year old self…and she opens up about her BIGGEST heartbreak!

Though the nineteen year old doesn't name names — Nick Jonas — how could we ever forget that the two teens dated back in their early Disney days?!

Never have we heard Miley Cyrus complaining about her lack of privacy, or about ‘the fame’…

Her celeb status does keep her in luxury and she is ADORED throughout the world, regardless of the hate that is inevitable when in the spotlight.

It’s a charmed life!

Mileybird remained the model celeb while stopping to appreciate some of her MANY fans while leaving her Miami hotel.

Oh yeah, she laid her John Hancock all over those papers…

You are turning into quite the young lady, Miley!

Whoa!! Watch the hands!!!

Fans and photographers were literally all over Miley Cyrus when she tried sneaking out of her El Lay hotel today.

It looks like she’s in some sort of disguise but those sunglasses ain’t foolin no one, girl!!

Always the sweetheart, Miley stopped to sign a few autographs for a few of her bajillions of young fans!

We aren’t sure where she was headed but we’re hoping she was hitting up In-N-Out to put a bit of meat on those bones — animal style!
