So much Backstreet Boys bliss!!!

After the Backstreet Boys release their eighth album this summer, Nick Carter will go solo once more. But not for a solo album, for a personal book of memoirs!

Nick is currently working on a book, titled Facing The Music And Living To Talk About It. It’s currently set to be released this fall!

As the title insinuates, the book deals with some pretty heavy stuff. While there will be plenty of fun stories about his time at the peak of his BSB fame, there will also be stories of woe.

We knew this wonderful piece of news was coming!!

Nick Carter, of Backstreet Boys fame, is teaming with Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment to shop his very own half-hour docu-series around, a reality show that has already garnered interest from cable networks!!

This of course coincides with the Boys' 20th anniversary. We've been discussing this with you for quite some time now, and now not only do we get to look forward to their new album, In A World Like This (July 30), we get THIS reality series!!

The show will revolve around Nick as he prepares for his wedding with Lauren Kitt. We'll also get to see him do his best to make amends with the past, i.e. DRAAAMAAAAA!!

Like, we were obvi pumped as soon as we knew the Backstreet Boys were getting back together for a new album and tour, but after listening to their live performance of their new single IN FULL on Good Morning America this morning!?!!! We are about to PASS OUT!

You HAVE to listen to Permanent Stain (above) because it is SO. GREAT.

If you don’t, we can GUARANTEE that you are missing out on a truly INCREDIBLE experience.

Their sound has completely evolved from boy-band-hood into something new and amazing, and we LOVE IT!!!!

This will be their 20th anniversary tour (are we really that old?!), but from the look of things, these hunky boybanders are just as AH-Mazing as the day we first fell for them.

It seems like only yesterday, we were swooning and weak at the knees over the sexy young Backstreet Boys as they danced in the rain with their shirts unbuttoned while crooning their debut single, Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)!

But in reality, it's been exactly 20 YEARS since A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell burst onto the scene as the members of what would become one of the biggest, most successful boy bands of all time…and now, as they celebrate such a momentous anniversary (they even got stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!) we're DELIGHTED to hear that they have NO plans to, ahem, 'show us the meaning of being lonely!'

After 20 years of living larger than life, the Backstreet Boys finally cemented their place amongst the stars!!!

Literally! The fab five were honored this afternoon with their own sweet star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

A.J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, Nick Carter, and Brian Littrell were joined by their close friends, colleagues, family members, and thousands of screaming, sweating, smoldering onlookers who shutdown Hollywood Boulevard with their commanding presence!!!

Their special guest was producer and song writer Max Martin, who wrote a ton of the Boys' best hits!!

Yes!!! We're just so happy for the band!!!

Hopefully they keep churning out pop-tastically perfect tunes for as long as we love them!!
