Could be worse!
Meek Mill got in big trouble in November when he violated his probation for a 2009 drug and gun conviction by attending the American Music Awards without permission. And it certainly didn't help things when he failed his urine test afterwards…
Despite a heartfelt testimony from his girlfriend Nicki Minaj, the Philadelphia judge still ruled the instance a violation and determined the 28-year-old's punishment on Friday.
The All Eyes On You rapper was sentenced 6 to 12 months house arrest — which might seem bad, but it's a lot better than serving time in county jail. He will do a minimum of 90 days and then the judge will reevaluate.
He is due to turn himself in on March 1st.
Meek is also banned from working (rapping, performing, etc) while serving his sentence. He will only be allowed to participate in charity work for the community.
Sorry, we just got really excited there.

While Mileybird did her best to put the feud behind her, the Anaconda rapper apparently isn't done yet!
In a remix of Yo Gotti's Down In the DM, she calls out the former child star, rapping:
"I said, ‘Miley what's good?'
I said, ‘Could you pay my bills like O'Reilly? What's good?"
But the Party in the USA singer isn't the only person the 33-year-old rapper attacks!
The 50 Cent and Meek Mill feud drags on!
As we've told you, the rappers got into it after Nicki Minaj's man made some not so subtle digs at Fiddy on his latest track Gave ‘Em Hope. The In Da Club performer responded by trashing the Philly native on Instagram.
Just when we thought the dust had settled, 50 came back swinging at his concert over the weekend — and his crowd was even chanting "f*ck Meek Mill" several times throughout the night!
The platinum recording artist didn't let his audience do all the talking for him. The 40-year-old jabbed:
"From now on, no more competition with n—-s that didn't sell over one million records."
A decade later — and she's still Fergalicious!
It's been almost ten long years since Fergie released her hit album The Dutchess!
In the meantime, The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman has been performing two worldwide tours with her hip-hop group — but now, she's getting ready to unveil her next solo album in March!
According to WWD, the London Bridge singer was in Paris over the weekend to shoot the cover and package for her comeback album!
The 40-year-old was also reportedly filming a music video in Paris on Tuesday, and is set to film again in London later this week!
The Dutchess was one of the most popular albums of the early 00's — and with those talented artists attached to the project, we can't WAIT for her comeback!

Ah, when reality TV stars collide!!
ICYMI: On Wednesday's premiere of Kocktails with Khloé, host Khloé Kardashian had her special guests Snoop Dogg and Kym Whitley act out the recent Twitter feud between Farrah Abraham and Nicki Minaj — wigs and all!
Needless to say, the Teen Mom star wasn't very amused.
Here's what went down.
After learning that Minaj had called Abraham a "c*nt" numerous times, guest Aisha Tyler said:
