The hot and happy couple were spotted taking baby Flynn to the gym in West Hollywood.
So what kind of exercises do babies do? Well, Flynn mostly wants to work on his lats, get his core really ripped, you know, get that killer V shape.
Or possibly just figure out that whole walking thing!

On Wednesday, The Hobbit actor went to a gym in West Hollywood, and right after he was done with his fitness, he put on his biker jacket and helmet and got on his Ducati.
We don't know what it is about men on motorcycles, but it's just something about that bad boy appeal that we can't help but love.
Bloom is one fine man, and we would NOT mind jumping on the back of his bike with him! LOLz

We were SHOCKED to learn that Miranda Kerr wouldn’t be a Victoria’s Secret Angel anymore, but now there are more deets on the removal of her wings!
Turns out it had nothing to do with her "difficult" personality or lack of sales, quite the contrary! The Aussie supermodel is simply too busy with her other modeling gigs to fulfill her angelic duties.
A heavenly source explained:
There's a reason a lot of people like to workout in the morning: they feel refreshed, it helps them wake up, and they feel proud of themselves all day!
If we workout at night, to be honest, it's just to get it done because we don't want to miss it! We're tooooo tired to enjoy it, LOLz!
Orlando Bloom seems to be the same way — about working out in the morning, that is! He started the day at the gym looking great dressed in black with color-pop sneakers!
Now he can feel good about himself the rest of the day! Woo!

The Victoria's Secret Angel was spotted smiling and strolling, taking her adorable son Flynn Bloom to a playdate in West Hollywood.
