We don't know what to think anymore!
We could have sworn the Valentino gown that Nicole Kidman wore to the Nebraska premiere at Cannes on Thursday was the one Anne Hathaway was supposed to wear to the Oscars this year.
BUT, the folks at Valentino are insisting that it's totally NOT, even though back when the whole Anne Hathaway/Valentino dress mess went down, that very same lace gown (pictured on Nicole above left) was reported to be the one Annie rejected at the last minute!

Though Fantine changed her mind at the last minute, we're extremely pleased that Nicole still managed to take the dress out for its red carpet debut.
It's too gorgeous to just leave gathering dust at the Valentino atelier!

How could we ever forget the faceplant heard and seen around the world?
And when we say faceplant, we mean Miguel's crotch all up in some girl's poor face at the Billboard Music Awards!
It was one of THE BEST, but also one of the most embarrassing falls we've seen in awards show history! So, it had us wondering, who else experienced a painful on-stage blunder they would just love to forget??

We were pretty shocked to hear that Seth MacFarlane had been asked to return to host the Oscars after the controversy surrounding his last run.
But now it looks like A Million Ways To Die In The West and Family Guy will keep the writer/director/star too busy- not that he didn't consider it!
In fact, Seth was so broken up about not hosting, he needed two tweets to turn the job down! He tweeted:

The incident was captured on live television as Django Unchained star Christophe Waltz was giving an interview to French reporters.
The multilingual Oscar-winner was laughing with the hosts when the sounds of gunfire made the crowd panic!

Luckily, we are hearing that the shots were blanks and no one was injured!
Police have reportedly apprehended a suspect, but we still have no idea what was behind the possible attack.
Iron Man 3 may have had a blockbuster of a weekend, but Gwyneth Paltrow's fashion choice, not so much.
She wore a long-sleeved fuschia Valentino gown to the Met Gala that was pretty much the opposite of the evening's theme.
Showing a hint of skin with a sheer panel across her décolletage, the rest of the dress just hung on her body without any form to it.
Gwynnie kept the rest of the outfit simple with her typical GOOPy pony tail and Wilfredo Rosado stud earrings.
Not exactly what we'd consider punk pizazz, but it did remind us of her 1999 pink Oscar dress!
