Rumors are circulating that The Situation has fallen off the wagon 8 months after entering rehab for a prescription pill addiction, but he wants the world to know that's just not true.

A witness said Mike was "downing so many cocktails" at a West Hollywood bar last Wednesday that "he could barely stand."

His rep, however, claims "he has not been drinking" and the Jersey Shore star even talked about his sobriety while chatting with Ellen on Tuesday (above).

Pauly D and Ronnie backed him up too. The latter admitted

Karrueche Tran stuck by Chris Brown's side throughout the Labor Day weekend, most of which was spent partying with other celebs like Diddy, Christina Milian and Pauly D in Las Vegas.

By Monday night, however, the couple was too tired for a night out and opted for take out instead.

Chris drove over to Kitchen 24 in the middle of Hollywood where they picked up food to go and presumably enjoyed a quiet dinner at home.

Hope it was yummy!

Yesterday, we reported that this upcoming sixth season of Jersey Shore would be the show’s last and now we’re getting ALL the answers!

So just why would they pull the plug now, after it has become one of MTV’s top rated series?

In a recent interview, executive VP of programming, Chris Linn revealed:

From GTL to DTF… the cast of Jersey Shore has warmed our hearts with their endearing personalities and HIGHLARIOUS acts of bravery.

We'll miss them now that MTV has decided to end the phenomenal show.

Six seasons is more legit than four, though!

And at least we can look back and say we had a helluva time enjoying their shenanigans!!

As we just discussed, MTV has decided to end Jersey Shore after the sixth season.

They did so well for themselves, those golden guidos/guidettes!!

An end of an era!

The guidos and guidettes are all grown up, so it's time for them to say goodbye to the show that made them all household names.

MTV has officially announced that the upcoming sixth season of the Jersey Shore will be the final season for Snooki, The Situation, Jwoww and the rest of the gang.

The final season of GTLing and fistpumping will commence on Thursday, October 4, with the premiere episode. However, starting on September 6, the network will run TONS of farewell programming, including a one-hour retrospective, called, "Gym, Tan, Look Back."

And look back we shall!

But how can you thank someone, who has taken you from crayons to perfume duck phones to Jello shots!

They will surely be missed! Thank goodness for their spin-offs!
