Reese Witherspoon and her baby bump were spotted making an appearance in court but this time around, the actress wasn't dealing with legal dramz!!!

The fab mommy was staying fit and enjoying the amazing weather during a round of tennis at the Brentwood Country Club in El Lay.

Très chic!!!

We're happy to see Mrs.Toth is doing everything she can to stay FIT (and stylish!) while preggers!

Cause a healthy body equals a healthier and happier baby!!!

We can't believe how BIG her baby bump has gotten so quickly, and if that's any indication of what to expect, that baybay is gonna be HUGE!!!!

The Legally Blonde star was spotted in a seriously fabulous polka dot dress that made us stand up and cheer!!!

She looks seriously amazing and more importantly she seems downright HAPPY.

We'll continue to scour the seven seas in search of more baby bump pictures, but until then--peace, Reese!

It's been an icky week for the Witherspoon family!

As we discussed Thursday, Reese Witherspoon's father has recently been accused of bigamy.

When Reese's mom, Betty, read that her estranged husband had wed another woman, she flipped her shiz! Who cares if they separated in 1996?? They're STILL married which means he can't legally say 'I do' to another.

So why would he do that?? Well.. they think he might have early onset dementia. And since Betty thinks the new woman in his life might be out to steal the family name and money, she had to put a stop to it!!

Betty alerted Reese, who flew to Tennessee IMMEDIATELY!! Once in court, Reese requested a conservatorship be placed on her father ASAP!!

Watch as she makes her way into the hearing (above)!

A judge has yet to rule, but it sounds like things might work out for the Witherspoon family... the legal members anyways...

It's the real life version of Big Love.

Reese Witherspoon's parents are in some DRAMA.

A newspaper ad recently announced that John Witherspoon and Tricianne Taylor had married on January 14th in Gatlinburg, Tenn., and the reception for the wedding was gonna happen in the summer time.

That doesn't seem likely anymore!

Betty Witherspoon has filed a lawsuit against her husband and wants his new marriage annulled and is also accusing him of bigamy!

PLUS she's filed a restraining order against his new "wife."

Reese's Mom is worried that this new woman is going to try and steal the Witherspoon name and subsequently steal money from her and her husband.

Reese's parents have been separated since 1996.

They ARE still married, though.

Here's what the restraining order said:

"You are hereby enjoined and restrained from using or attempting to use the last name Witherspoon for any purpose."

The lawsuit against the father claims that he cannot be legally married to Tricianne because he is still married to Betty.

For her part Reese's mom said she still loves her husband and isn't actively seeking a divorce. She claims her husband has alcohol abuse problems, hoarding and overspending.

She said:

"When I confronted my husband, he said he didn't know who Tricianne Taylor was and that he did not remember getting married."

Betty Witherspoon said she believes her husband is suffering from early onset dementia.

If that's true then that is so terrible!

Hold on to your seat, folks, because things are about to get into messy and legal - DOMESTIC STYLE.

We'll see what happens, though.

Good for her!

She's not going to win an Oscar for it (they don't give Oscars to TV movies, duh!), but we can't wait to see Jewel's portrayal of June Carter Cash in Lifetime's latest biopic.

Unlike Walk The Line, the film which led to Reese Witherspoon's first Academy Award, The June Carter Cash Story is all about June!
