With recent rumors that the MaSheen was in talks with WB to return to Two and a Half Men, many say that it's very doubtful he will be asked to come back.

It's not unlikely that an actor and a character is replaced on a TV show. Look at Shannen Doherty on Charmed, for instance. Rose McGown took over after Shannen had several alleged disagreements with producers and fellow cast members.

Meanwhile, Charlie's tour is getting less and less popular and creating more bad buzz for the guy.

We've said this many times before…If Charlie REALLY wants his job back, he needs to shut his mouth and cut his tour short and most importantly, make amends with Chuck Lorre and the producing team. And BEHIND closed doors.

Last we heard from Rose McGowan, a man who had been harassing her, Louis Santo III, was placed behind bars.

Then again, Rose hasn't been so innocent herself…or at least she wasn't on last night's episode of Law & Order: SVU.

In her first TV role since Charmed Nip/Tuck, Rose played "sultry manipulator" Cassandra Davina on SVU. She guest-starred as "a con-artist playing the victim to her allegedly jealous ex-boyfriend."

Looks like we'll be seeing a whole lot more of Rose soon in remakes/reboots of Arnold Schwarzenegger action flicks Conan the Barbarian and Red Sonja.

Good! Justice served!

This morning, Louis Santo III, the man Rose McGowan claims has been threatening her and her employees, was arrested on two counts of second-degree harassment, two counts of second-degree threatening and two counts of breach of peace.

Rose has previously stated that Louis repeatedly called her reps and team, "insisting he is in love with me [Rose], demanding to talk to me even though I have never met him or spoken to him."

She was granted a restraining order over her testimony, but now, police have locked him up. However, some of the criminal charges he faces are unrelated to his situation with Rose.

That means there is some other poor person who can sleep a bit sounder tonight knowing this guy is behind bars. Must be a relief

Scary!

The beautiful Rose McGowan has had to file a restraining order against a creepy an over-zealous fan who has tried on multiple occasions to contact her, while allegedly using threats!

That's never good, and we're glad to see that she took action before something terrible happened.

According to the source:

"The former "Charmed" star obtained an order preventing Louis S. Santo III of Derby, Conn., from contacting her or her agents. In a court filing McGowan states Santo has claimed to love her and threatened violence if he didn't speak with her."

Uh, yeah, that sounds like grounds for a restraining order to us!

But, in a totally unexpected and shocking turn of events when it comes to stalkers being accused of stalking, Santo just has NO idea what she's talking about!

Because, you know, he's only built her a shrine written her a script and wanted her to read it. Harmless, right??

LOLz!

On Santo:

"Santo says in a phone interview he wrote a script for McGowan but that her claims don't make any sense to him. He says he doesn't know if he'll try to fight the order."

Not cool, Santo, not cool.

When did Rose McGowan become completely unrecognizable?????

The starlet has owned up to her plastic surgery in the past, due to a car accident in which her sunglasses sliced the skin under her eye, but this looks like more than facial reconstructive surgery to us!

Such a shame!

McGowan now looks like just another Hollywood botoxed beauty - and sources say her ever-changing face may be costing her jobs.

Rose was reportedly up for a role in 2007's Speed Racer, but lost it to Christina Ricci because viewers "might not know who she was."
