Katy Perry isn't afraid of much so we're unsure of this, but…

According to sources in the publishing world, Russell Brand has decided to move forward with the third installment of his Booky Wook memoir series.

Russell Brand, of course, has been hounded by divorce questions over the past for weeks. Understandably, this has got to be a bit annoying for him — hell, Katy Perry has basically been in hiding!

Luckily, Brand has his sense of humor to fall back on, and a whole bunch of stuff that Kurt Vonnegut has written:

Don't look so surprised that you got arrested, Andrei! You were drinking and driving!

On Saturday, 54-year-old Blue Island, IL man Andrei Bibbs was arrested by state police for driving under the influence of alcohol.

His bail was set at $2,000, and a January 30th court date has been set.

Were U really that shocked about the arrest, Andrei? Or is it just that you're STILL in shock after hearing about Katy Perry and Russell Brand's divorce?

We know, we know…it's hard to accept. LOLz!

You know, when most celebrity marriages end, it's like pulling teeth to get the broken hearted pair out into the light of day. They insist they want privacy or they take extra measure to avoid the paparazzi.

Like, everyday we get sent shots of him out to dinner or taking a stroll or simply just walking right into the open air for anyone to take pictures of himself. Case in point - he went to Nobu restaurant on Park Lane last night to have dinner with friends in London. Could he have picked a more conspicuous place to dine? We think not! Good thing you had those sunglasses handy to shield your eyes from the blinding lights of photog flashes.

Just because you're a whole country away from your problems doesn't mean the problems won't follow you, Russ.

This is A LOT less funny now…

Check out the video (above) of Russell Brand "jokingly" removing his wedding ring before starting up his college tour back in November.

Hopefully Russell put the ring back on before going on tour. We would NOT be pleased if we learned that he was unfaithful while still with Katy.
