Adam Sandler must be honored. His family film, Jack and Jill, broke all sorts of records at The Golden Raspberry Awards this year when it won EVERY nomination…in EVERY category!

Katy Perry is preparing to perform her first concert in India.

You know, India? It's the same country she married Russell Brand in two years ago.

If the place holds any bad memories for her, the California Gurl isn't saying it. Katy Perry says she's thrilled, however. She will be performing for the opening ceremony of cricket's Indian Premier League in Chennai on 3 April 2012.

Despite reports that she's been up close and personal with the super seksi Baptiste Giabiconi, Katy Perry is maintaining that she is, in fact, still single!

The pop star, who divorced Russell Brand earlier in the year and was said to have moved on to the model when they met at Paris Fashion Week, wrote via Twitter last night:

Hank is going to Broadway!!

No, the show is NOT being turned into Broadway play! (That would be WAY too dirty for the stage!)

Season 6 of Californication will be set in the fabulous theater district of NYC.

The reason behind the move is…. (SPOILER ALERT!) David Duchovny's character, Hank, will be producing a stage play based on his novel.

A show insider said:

FX is really starting to concentrate on their late-night programming.

They've just ordered six-episodes of a new late-night series staring comedian W. Kamau Bell and executive produced by Chris Rock.

The project is untitled so far but it will be a weekly half-hour series about politics, pop culture, race, religion, sex and more.

The exec who ordered the show explained their decision to order the show, saying:

Kim Kardashian's divorce from Kris Humphries has been dragging for quite some time now, but it turns out, she's been trying to end it for months!

Sources say that Kim issued a "generous" settlement offer to her former dearly beloved several months ago, but he's refusing to sign off on it, as the insider explained:

"Kris is dragging it out. Kim is ready to move on, but Kris is hoping that stretching it out will get him even more money."

Apparently he wants $7 million from the reality star for enduring 72 long days as her husband, as well as in exchange for his silence on the matter. Her offer, however, is below that figure, as a source continued:

"Kim never considered signing something like that. Kris can't take the time to consider [her] offer, but he finds time to do an interview with a tabloid magazine."

The interview was with Life & Style, in which his lawyers claimed:

"No demands have been made. While we are encouraged to see an apparent willingness by the other side to put big numbers out in an attempt to settle Mr. Humphries' claims, we respect and will continue to observe the integrity of the legal process. One thing is certain: Kris Humphries intends to set the record straight.''

Well, hurry up and set it straight already! You know a divorce is dragging when it lasts longer than the actual marriage. Ha!

Seriously, it took Katy Perry and Russell Brand like a month to finalize their divorce. Let's get this show on the road, guys!
