The blonde babe not only performed smash hits 22 and I Knew You Were Trouble, but also shocked the crowd with Ed Sheeran for a surprise duet of their new precious tune, Everything Has Changed!

Sure, we've seen Taylor Swift in a floral print A-line dress before, but it's no less pretty the hundredth time around! Ha!

Swifty placed her hands on her hips and smiled mischievously on the CMA Music Festival's red carpet before her booty-ful performance on Thursday night.

The delicate lace and floral appliques on her Dolce & Gabbana frock paired with her rosy cheeks and soft hair were just OOZING romance!

It's like she's a walking, singing perfume ad!

Taylor Swift dusted off her high-waisted booty shorts for the CMA Music Festival in Nashville on Thursday.

Tucking her collared lace Victoria Beckham shirt into her shorts, Swifty strummed on a banjo before rocking out on a red guitar with bedazzled hearts all over it!

With her cherry lips, long toned legs, and golden curls, the 23-year-old is a true American beauty.

How could anyone NOT want to whisk her off into the sunset in a Swarovski-encrusted chariot?!

We just don't get it.

Now THIS is what we call a wardrobe change!

Taylor Swift arrived at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday in Nashville looking as angelic as ever in her strapless Elie Saab dress.

Like most of Taylor's red carpet dresses, the vanilla colored frock with uneven hem had sparkly embroidery, which complemented her Neil Lane jewels perfectly.

The look was completed with an odd footwear choice, Jimmy Choo booties, and her hair was pinned up into a faux flapper bob.

Cute! It's a nice change from her usual bang-y 'dos!

When it came time to slay the stage (which she totally did!), Swifty's showed off her devilsh side in a red and black custom corset dress, black sequined shorts and Laduca boots.

Such a perfect outfit to perform Red!

Taylor Swift TURNED UP THE HEAT last night at the CMT Music Awards.

Swifty donned a FIERCE red velvet gown with an Angelina Jolie-style sky high slit as she KILLED a performance of Red.

Even though the chart topper walked away without a trophy last night, clearly she is still a winner. As in besides her stunning vocals, she was blessed with some GOR-GEOUS gams!!!! LOLz!!

If two people’s voices sound this good together, there HAS to be some romantic chemistry involved!!

But just as we had hoped, following the announcement of Taylor’s new single Everything Has Changed featuring Ed Sheeran, Tay Tay and Eddy have released an ADORBZ music video to go along with it!!!!

And it’s adorbz in the little kid sense as well as the romantic Notebook sense!! Which we’re certain is EXACTLY what they were going for, since a physical copy of The Notebook was totes used as a prop!! Along with some really cute little kids, obvi.
