Simon Cowell has peeked inside more supermodels than a Beverly Hills gynecologist, but he's never been able to shake the persistent rumor that he might be homosexual!

As it turns out, he doesn't give a rat's ass!

The X Factor star and exec admitted:

"I couldn't care less because it's nothing to be ashamed of. It feels like such an antiquated question now. If I was living 200 years ago in a coal mine, maybe, but I work in possibly the gayest industry in the world."

He's 100% right! One's sexual orientation should NEVER be cause for shame!

He continued:

“I’d be as wild as them at their age.”

We're sure Simon Cowell's been LOVING the single life since splitting from Carmen Electra…

But has the X Factor judge grown bored of hooking up with a different woman (or two) every night and finally realized that he found the perfect love a long time ago?!

We only wonder because Simon was spotted out Wednesday in London Town with former flame, British-American recording artist Sinitta (above)!

Now, we doubt that anything SEXUAL is going on between the two, because as far as we know, she is still happily married to Andy Willner…

But we still can't ignore the BEAMING smile on Simon's face in these pictures!

Simon and Sinitta dated a LONG time ago when she was 16 and he was 25, but perhaps he's realizing that it's HER he's been searching for ever since!

Or we could just be romanticizing the sh*t out of a very fond friendship LOLz!

We're still mourning the loss of BritBrit, but at least one perfectly pretty pop star will return to X Factor!!

It's true, Demi Lovato and Fox are having another go at it — she's returning for season three!

Phew! We were starting to worry the Lovatics's nervous anticipation would lead to heart attacks!!

The 20-year-old songbird is suuuuper stoked to come back, too!!

BUT all of a sudden, Simon's tweets turn into cryptic messages about relationships, family, and the important aspects of life!

Cowell even writes about experiencing "bumps", but he does NOT mention any specifics.

What's going on, SiSi?! What's weighing so heavily on that noggin of yours?! While we don't have any idea as to WHY Simon got all thoughtful on us, we must say we're enjoying the honesty!

And self-reflection is NEVER a bad thing!

The X Factor judge took part in Comic Relief’s Funny For Money sketch to raise funds for Red Nose Day 2013 — a charity dedicated to helping children who have lost loved ones.

Simon acted as the groom ready to be wed at the altar. But who was his ideal partner? Himself! LOLZ. Can't say we're surprised.
