Well, there is at least one person who will be NOT watching the Roots reboot.
Prior to the Memorial Day premiere of the History Channel miniseries, Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to beg his followers to boycott the show. Whoa.

In a video, he noted:
"How the f*ck they gonna put Roots on on Memorial Day? They gonna just keep beating that sh*t in our heads of how they did us, huh? I don't understand America. They just want to keep showing the abuse that we took hundreds and hundreds of years ago. But, guess what? We taking the same abuse."
The Gin and Juice rapper went onto express that he had ZERO interest in watching a program about the cruelty inflicted upon African American slaves. Snoop continued:

Over the weekend, the Gin and Juice rapper opened up about the late icon's influence and couldn't help but gush about the Purple Rain singer. Aww!

"Musically, visually, sexually – Prince was the greatest to ever do it. Point blank. He showed us how to seduce a woman; make music that felt good to women and appealed to men as well. He stayed in tune with his feminine side while remaining masculine."
We couldn't have said it better ourselves. In fact, Snoop witnessed Prince's skills first hand when he and his wife Shante were seated next to the Raspberry Beret artist at a basketball game. The 44-year-old added:

Snoop is angry over the Governator deciding to shorten the prison sentence for a man named Esteban Nunez.
Nunez had been convicted of manslaughter after an incident where he stabbed a college student in a drunken fit of rage, but after initially being sentenced to at least 16 years in prison, back in 2011, Arnold's last act as governor was to shorten that sentence to seven years.
Nunez was released from jail — nine years early — on Sunday.
