On Wednesday, testimony continued in the case of Nicollette Sheridan vs Marc Cherry and Desperate Housewives.

While Nicollette asserts she was fired in retaliation to her problem with Marc's alleged hit to her head, Marc's juicy side of the story keeps spilling!!

As reported earlier, Nicollette Sheridan's beef with Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry went to trial this week and her team is already planning and prepping a very important witness:

To recap, Desperate Housewives alum Nicollette Sheridan has been pursuing legal action against show creator Marc Cherry for wrongful termination, breach of contract, and battery after her character was killed off the show.

Back in July, she filed new legal papers against Marc, claiming that he fired her from the show "for being a woman."

Now, the trial has begun, and
