Looks like this is officially not happening.
At a recent concert in Windsor, Ont., Bret Michaels told the crowd that he'd try to return the following year during a Poison/Motley Crue tour.
Bret spoke too soon, because Tommy Lee and Motley Crue's management are not interested.
On Tuesday, a user on Twitter asked Lee if the rumored 2011 tour was going to happen, to which he responded "NO!"
Eric Sherman, the President of Tenth Street Entertainment, Motley Crue's management, has said that Bret Michaels knows the tour isn't happening and that "he's trying to will it."
Bret has said that the joint tour is a dream he's had for years, and that it "would be an incredible night of rock for the fans."
Here's what Michaels had to say about his idea being shut down:
"Oh well, you can't blame me for trying to put together what I thought would be a great tour for the fans."
There's something kind of sad about this. Bret sounds SO disappointed!
Come on, Motley Crue! It could be an EPIC tour!
Think about it.
Are U disappointed to hear that the Poison/Motley Crue tour isn't happening?
