We already knew the truck driver who crashed into Tracy Morgan hadn't gotten enough sleep.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board's new report on the accident, Wal-Mart trucker Kevin Roper was going well above the speed limit!
Apparently the speed limit on that stretch of road was 45 mph due to construction, but data from the truck tells investigators that at the moment of the crash the truck was going at least

Tracy Morgan was critically injured in a multiple vehicle accident that led to surgery, but it looks like the worst is behind him.
The actor and comedian has had his health upgraded after a long struggle.
His rep commented:
"Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement. His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."
Tracy's assistant, Jeff Millea, was also seriously injured in the accident, but things are looking up for him as well:
While he is still said to be in critical condition, the latest info released on Tracy Morgan is that he’s doing MUCH better!

Kevin Roper has plead "not guilty" to vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
The Walmart truck driver was arraigned on Wednesday at the Middlesex County Superior Court in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The court argues that the fatal accident, which injured Tracy and killed comedian James McNair, was caused by Roper's unfit mental
