This sounds like a ceremony Joan Rivers would DEFINITELY have approved of!
The comedienne’s funeral service was held today in New York City at Temple Emanu-El, and by all accounts, it was perfection!
There were thousands of people outside, paying their respects, and inside, her celeb friends like Sarah Jessica Parker, Whoopi Goldberg, Barbara Walters, and many others were there. Her fellow Fashion Police critic Kelly Osbourne was in attendance and was very emotional about the sudden passing of her friend. Luckily, she had Rosie O'Donnell there to comfort her.
By all accounts, it was an "astoundingly beautiful ceremony!"
Joan, you are loved and deeply missed!

It's no surprise to anyone that Joan Rivers paved the way for many, many comediennes!
She was the one who did a lot of the things they do now… first!
So it's understandable that most of the women in comedy view the Fashion Police host as one of their biggest idols!
This makes it that much harder for us and everyone to believe that she's actually gone. Totally heartbreaking.

We can totally dig these changes!
But that's totally a good thing! Sometimes change is needed!
Well, for one, they've gotten a new logo (above) and we LOVE it! Very modern!
Second, they've gotten themselves a new 'state-of-the-art' studio to record in and it brings one MAJOR change to the format of the show…
A production source on the show revealed that during show testings, Rosie got into a heated debate with potential host S.E. Cupp over abortion which caused Whoopi to audibly express her frustration with Babs.
In a sea of show producers and potential replacement hosts, the show biz veteran reportedly said she has been:
It looks like the table settings may finally be in place for the next season of The View.
But who the heck are these new ladies?
First, Nicolle Wallace is a Republican political commentator, and they always planned to have someone from the other side of the aisle, a la Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
But we hear there were other conservatives testing for the spot, including
Donald recently, and way too hastily, tweeted out his alarm after Ebola patients Dr. Kent Brantly and Nancy Writebol were transferred stateside after contracting the life threatening virus in West Africa.
With the knowledge that Ebola is only transmitted through bodily fluids, Donald definitely jumped the gun in terms of his overreaction, and suggestion that we close our borders to Americans who might need medical attention.
Don't worry, Whoopi, ever the voice of reason, is here to put things in perspective, and was able to put Donald in his place.
Ch-ch-check out his tweets and her pretty epic response that she delivered on The View…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
