Adam Lambert had a busy week!
The Ghost Town singer was the runner up in the show's eighth season back in 2009, but has arguably had the better career over season winner Kris Allen!
So what did the 33-year-old have to say about the long running music competition's upcoming final season? He thinks "it's about time" the show comes to an end, explaining:
"It's great that there's talent that can be discovered via TV, on shows like Idol, The Voice and X Factor. [But] I think things are changing a little bit. Things like YouTube have now become a great way for people to launch their talent, as well. I think things might be shifting a little bit, so we'll see what the next phase is."
The next phase for Lambert is the release of his brand new album The Original High, which hit stores on Tuesday!
Check out the videos (below) to watch the artist perform new song Ghost Town and title track The Original High, as well as his 2009 hit Whataya Want from Me!
Wow, we were not expecting this!
The first single from Adam Lambert's new album is a fine song, but this one is sooooo much better!
This is one of the best songs he's ever recorded!

That's because rumors began circulating on Thursday that Britney Spears herself is in the lead for the coveted spot!
But country music didn't have an openly gay/bisexual star until Billy Gilman came out late last year.
And while he's been in the spotlight for most of his life, there was one thing he kept in the dark: his sexuality.
We caught up with Billy at the opening of the Flaming Saddles Saloon in West Hollywood, where he talked about
Tonight, we'll watch on as Lea Michele's Rachel is back in New York after what seemed to be a super long week break from running lines for her Funny Girl role and she gets back into the game (sans Santana) by singing her rendition of People (above)!
This is probably the last song from the soundtrack she'll belt, but, knowing Glee, it won't be the last time we'll hear Rachel sing her heart out to Funny Girl songs!
Darren Criss, Chord Overstreet and Kevin McHale were already slated to crossover and start life anew in the city that never sleeps, so what better way to express your feelings and new experiences than through song?
It's what they're all best at after all!

AH-MAZING! Just simply amazing!
Another week has come and gone, but at least we all got our Glee fix! If you still need to relive all of the performances from last night to hold you over until next week, we totally understand!
While the musical selection of this week's episode was fantastic, their performances were equally if not even more incredible!
Ready? Let's go over all the musical numbers (below), shall we?
