The Chanel designer was recently interviewed by Alina Cho for her upcoming documentary, Fashion Week: Backstage Pass, and revisited some of his most infamous comments.
When questioned again about Adele, the 79-year-old was as candid as ever, saying:
In news that probably won't come as much of a surprise, Adele's stylist Gaelle Paul has revealed that the soulful singing goddess wears Spanx on the red carpet, just like any old celeb!
Sometimes as many as four pairs at once!
She said:
"She always wears Spanx on the red carpet. Good underwear is really important, it smoothes you out."
Indeed! Even slimmer stars like Jessica Chastain have been known to rock the body-toning spandex miracles.
But just because the Skyfall crooner appreciates a smooth silhouette, doesn't mean she doesn't love her body as is.

First we had that GORGEOUS Adele cover, and now we've been gifted with some supreme ferocity courtesy of Rita Ora!
The singer appears on two separate covers for the mag's May issue, wearing a pink Chanel Haute Couture dress on the first one and rocking a crazy-cool headpiece by Ken O’Rourke.
For the second cover, the 22-year-old channels Mickey Mouse in a Calvin Klein strapless top and Philip Treacy mouse ears.

She is absolutely stunning on the cover of Italy's D La Repubblica's May issue, which labels her as "The Voice."
Just a black and white photo and a dramatic cat eye is all we need from this gorgeous singer!
Such a departure from her glam Elle cover, but we actually think we like this one better! So much softer and simpler.

Thanks to amazing genes and some soft backlighting, Adele glows on the May cover of Elle magazine.
The Oscar winner plays up the romance for the Women In Music issue in a black lace dress and low ponytail, her dark, smoky eyes emitting a smoldering gaze.
Another shot finds her staring wistfully at a vintage-looking microphone, possibly getting ready to belt out a pitch-perfect note.
We're really feeling this story!
It makes us wanna grab a table at a smoke-filled jazz club and listen to velvet-voiced crooners all night!
