Brit Brit's ex, Adnan Ghalib is headed to the slammer!

After pleading no contest to leaving the scene of accident after hitting a process server with his car, he will serve 45 days and be placed on formal probation for 36 months.

Not to mention those 52 weeks of anger management classes and 45 days of hard labor with Caltrans!!!

Hope his photog friends will be there to document those orange jumpsuits!

Adnan Ghalib entered a plea of no contest on Friday regarding Ghalib's April 2009 hit-and-run charges.

In case you've already removed all traces of the douche from your memory, Ghalib rammed into court appointed Ram Moskowitz back in February of '09 while he was attempting to serve Ghalib with a restraining order from Brit Brit.

The Los Angeles D.A. says two felony charges against Adnan will be dismissed, but Ghalib may be slapped with a year sentence in a California state prison if found guilty at his November 20th trial.

The dumbass is screwed!

That's what sources are saying, but we can't believe that our beloved Britney Spears would fall for the same douche yet again!!!

Especially Adnan Ghalib!!!

What does that crabs carrier have to offer?!

Sources, however, are claiming that Brit-Brit is still allegedly "in love" with her toolerific pap turned boyfriend and that if it weren't for that restraining order her daddy, Jamie Spears, put into effect, she would still be with him.

Yuck!

It was a bad decision then and it would be a worst decision now! We'd rather see you back with K-Fed than this creeper!

Okay, maybe that's pushing it, but what about your lover/manager, Jason Trawick? He seems fairly sane.

Well, sources say that that relationship has been completely orchestrated and maintained by Papa Spears and Britney really isn't feeling it:

"Jamie (Spears) is really, really pushing the relationship with Jason, he thinks he’s a really good influence on Britney," added our source. "And the last thing he wants is Britney going back to Adnan. She would if she could."

We just can't believe such foolishness could be floating around in Britney's brain. She isn't the brightest crayon in the box, but we still think she's pretty sharp.

Don't waste all these steps forward to take one giant leap back!

Ugh, he's still rocking that HOriffic landing strip????

Brit Brit's former "boyfriend", Adnan Ghalib arrived at the Van Nuys Courthouse early Wednesday morning for his court date stemming from his April 2009 hit-and-run.

The douche plowed into court appointed Ram Moskowitz while Moskowitz was trying to serve Ghalib with a restraining order from Britney.

Throw the book at the douche!

Brit Brit's makin' Adnan Ghalib pay up, y'all!

The Conservatorship of Britney Jean Spears (aka Daddy Spears) is asking for $11,500 in legal fees from Ghalib stemming from the costs of Spears acquiring a restraining order against Adnan.

Does Adnan even have that kind of $$$???

We can't help but wonder how much Daddy Spears will demand from Osama Lutfi in legal costs!

Adnan Ghalib has been slapped with a lawsuit following the malicious hit and run incident that left court appointed Ram Moskowitz severely injured.

In addition to facing three felony charges, Moskowitz filed a suit with the LA Superior Court on Monday seeking unspecified damages.

Deport Adnan!!!

What's it like to be a 27-year-old mother of two kids who has to have her cell phone use monitored by her father?

It's like major ass suckage!

Britney is struggling to free herself of her father's control. In a Los Angeles court on Wednesday, Osama Lutfi's little sister, Christina, testified that she snuck a cell phone to Britney so she could communicate with Sam…and that the cell phone plan was hatched by Spears herself.

Christina said that "[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam. She wanted him [Sam] to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids."

Spears allegedly arranged for Christina to meet her in the sauna at the gym at a hotel.

The phone was later confiscated by Brit's security team.

Jamie Spears, however, insists that Osama and Adnan Ghalib have been harassing BritBrit, and that an established restraining order against them needs to be extended.

Jamie's lawyer, Blair Berk, said that Britney "was in such fear [of Sam], she asked if I could get him arrested, to keep him away from her," and that the alleged recording of Britney calling for help is inauthentic.

The plot thickens!

Not him again!!!

According to reports, Britney Spears is not over her ex yet. And, no, we don't mean Kevin Ferderline, thankfully.

It's not any better, though, since she's apparently not over Adnan Ghalib.

In fact, BritBrit has reportedly been sending secret text messages to Adnan asking for his help.

Didn't they take her cell phone away???

Looks like Brit is tired of taking orders from daddy and doesn't want anyone controlling her life.

Landing Strip can't respond back directly to Britney due to that little restraining order prohibiting him from doing so for the next three years.

A source reveals that Britney "keeps sneaking messages to Adnan begging him to help her win back her freedom. She says she is lonely and misses being able to date the men she chooses. She feels trapped. She has been begging him to meet her and help her come up with a plan to get out of her dad’s conservatorship. Some messages have got back to her via her hairdressers and style team - but Adnan cannot contact her otherwise he will face jail.”

We're really hoping this isn't true, cuz the last thing Britney needs in her life right now is a bad influence!

As we mentioned last month, Britney Spears' team has been trying to extend her current restraining order against her shady former "manager", Osama Lutfi, and her ex butt boy, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

The judge granted an extention until the next hearing in April

However, there's better news now!

A judge has just ordered Ghalib to stay away from BritBrit for the next three years!

GREAT!!!

Adnan did not show up for today's hearing.

He's probably at home crying away.

Now, if only he'd finally get deported, everything would be much better.
