It seems like science is always going back and forth when it comes to just how bad sitting all day is.
Like, we all know sitting for a living is bad, but is it really reallllllly bad? Or just pretty bad?
Some studies paint a very bleak picture of what sitting all day does to you and how there's nothing you can do about it, but a new study, published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, has shown us the light! There is hope!!
It seems like modern day diets like to attack carbs!
Carbs are bad, they turn directly into fat, they're pure sugar, they're plotting behind your back, they stole your cat… THE LIST IS ENDLESS!
It's pretty easy to point a finger at carbs whenever we're not reaching our fitness goals quick enough…
But did you know it might be because you're not eating ENOUGH carbs? Or the right kind of carbs??

Though she’s used to wearing a fab array of pieces, it was just in 2004 that her hair stylist introduced the actress slash singer to lace front wigs, which require a glue or tape application.
And after years of wearing, she started to notice painful oozing and discoloration around the edges where she used the adhesive.
It was months later that she found out she was having a bad reaction! Yikes!
