As a WWE Diva, I have the wonderful opportunity to travel all over the world and meet a broad spectrum of really great people! I often get asked how do I stay in shape? How do I stay so fit? It takes dedication and motivation. The most common question I get that's flattering, yet embarrassing is:
Celebrities are normal people with normal problems just like the rest of us, but sometimes that's hard to remember!
That's why it took a moment for us to remember that legend Richard Dreyfuss suffers from issues that a whole lot of the world does — bipolar disorder and depression. Something he revealed back in 2006.
Now he's opening up about it during conferences around the country, aimed at helping the discussion of depression, and he's not holding back!
Turns out the help Lamar Odom needed all along was advice from the other man recently booted from the Kardashian house!

He helps so many people, so we're glad that there were some seriously brilliant doctors there for him when he needed it.
Dr. Drew just recently revealed that he suffered from prostate cancer and thankfully after a radical robotic prostatectomy earlier this year, he's cancer free!
"While many of you were celebrating the Fourth of July, I was at home on my couch recovering from a radical robotic prostatectomy. Four hours of surgery had left me in great pain, without an appetite, and in need of help from my college-age son, Jordan, to get up and lie down. But I was cancer-free for the first time in at least two years."
He wrote a personal blog post to tell his story.
Dr. Drew wanted people to hear about it directly from him, not from the media or anyone else.
He also wanted to raise awareness of the disease, saying:
What with all the bras and practically no clothes happening for Victoria's Secret Angels, you'd think they'd be limited to only giving the world tips on losing weight to fit into all that stuff!
That's NOT the case!
Lindsay Ellingson wants to let people in on a little secret as to how she feels curvier before a show — with some weight GAIN tips!
Believe it or not, she eats:
