Renee Zellweger is talking honestly about aging and sexism in Hollywood.
We would also welcome 50 with open arms if we looked like this!

The actress looks serene and peaceful in the sexy photo, which has her wearing a semi-sheer lace dress with a plunging neckline.

Oh stop, you look amazing!
Olivia Munn has been refreshingly candid about her experience with the aging process, even though she's still only 35 and doesn't really have to worry about it.
The X-Men: Apocalypse star already discussed how much her body and face changed as she got into fighting shape for her role as Psylocke, but she's definitely got more to say on the matter.
Talking to PeopleStyle, she maintains that the 12 pounds she inadvertently lost during training has loosened her skin:
"As I've tried to get healthier in my life, I've realized there are adverse effects to losing weight. I'm not very tall, so any weight that I had lost changed areas of my skin, like my neck. I could see different parts of my skin didn't feel as, like, tight anymore and I think it's just because it was excess [skin] because of the lost of weight."
Hmm, we don't see it.
Still, Olivia is interested in taking steps to remedy the situation naturally:
George Clooney may still be one of the sexiest leading men in Hollywood, but the actor revealed that there will come a day when that might not be the case!
And when that day comes, we can say goodbye to the Cloonster forever — on camera!
That's right! In an interview promoting Hail, Caesar!, the Hollywood icon hinted that he might be giving up acting soon because aging results in fewer film options!
Speaking to BBC News, he said:
Many celebrities in Hollywood aim to look and feel young by doing certain workouts, going on extreme diets, and sometimes, getting medical procedures!
However, for the 28-year-old actress, the fountain of youth can be found simply in her DNA!
In the April issue of Harper's Bazaar Arabia, the Transformers actress dishes on her supreme genetics, which is why she still has tight skin and a healthy glow!
Brian Austin Green's wife explained:
If you don't always think you're pretty enough, you're not alone!
Shocking, we know!
The former Baywatch beauty opened up about self-confidence in the latest issue of Parade magazine, and admitted that while she used to recognize her sex appeal, she never really felt pretty.
But now that she's older, the 47-year-old has learned to embrace her looks — she finally has a much-deserved modeling contract!
