This is amazing!!!
We are SO proud to be involved with RedOne's new music video for Don't You Need Somebody along with SO many other celebs — it's a who's-who in the music world and has such great energy!
Seriously, they just keep coming at you one after another — ch-ch-check it out (above) and see if you can spot them all!
PLUS it's such a fun reggaeton-inspired song!
America, the home of the free, the land of… the immigrants!
Lupita Nyong'o, Rosario Dawson, Akon, Wilmer Valderrama, and LOTS of other celebs lent their time and message to an amazing YouTube video produced this week in conjunction with June being Immigrant Heritage Month, and we are loving it!!
Pointing out that all Americans come from those who were immigrants at one time or another, these celebs take a stand to support immigrants coming to this country still today even while some of our highest-profile politicians are so aggressively against them.
Ch-ch-check out the inspiring, forward-thinking video (above)!!!
P.S. Happy Immigrant Heritage Month, everybody!
Taylor Swift isn't the only musical sensation with famous friends!
Justin Bieber is in the middle of his Purpose tour, and the pop star invited a special guest to join him on stage during his Atlanta, Georgia concert!
During Wednesday night's show, the Sorry singer began playing an acoustic cover of Usher's 2001 hit U Got It Bad — when the R&B star came on stage himself and turned the cover into an epic duet!
The Biebs and his mentor surprised the audience by performing a number of Usher's hits — including I Don't Mind and U Don't Have To Call!
Good for you, Janet Jackson!
The superstar singer has made Billboard history this week after earning herself the top spot on the company's Billboard 200 albums chart with her new work Unbreakable.
And unbreakable really is the theme for Jackson, here; now that she's graced the top spot in 2015, that makes her just the third musical artist ever to achieve
The snap, while it featured a shot of Akon, read:
"Shout out to Akon! He is about to supply 600 million africans with solar power. Im really upset that this isn't major news but that science project bruce jenner is #Society."
So disappointing. Even if he didn't make the picture, sharing it is just as bad.
It's awesome what Akon is doing, but there's absolutely NO reason to belittle someone's life.
He has yet to delete the post, but we're hoping that he issues a formal apology to Caitlyn and the transgender community. Ch-ch-check out Snoop's post (below)!
Was Akon refusing to touch Congo concertgoers?
The singer has just been accused over the past couple days of trying to protect himself from ebola by performing in a giant plastic bubble in the Democratic Republic of Congo on September 21st.
Was he really that afraid of the vicious virus?
Um, probably not.
Sure, Akon jumped around in a plastic bubble, but those giant hamster balls have been around for years! You may have seen them at the concerts of The Flaming Lips, Diplo, and Peter Gabriel.
The GIF of Akon crowd surfing in one (above) is actually from before the ebola scare - WAY back in 2010!
What's more, Akon wasn't even in the bubble the whole time! He was touching audience members like any other concert! Check out the video proof (below)!
