When it rains, it pours.

Gwyneth Paltrow's behavior during a recent trip to Miami for the big Victoria's Secret fashion show has folks raising eyebrows and feeding rumors of imminent divorce.

Instead of supporting Chris Martin on tour with his band, Coldplay, Gwynnie flew to Miami to hang out with Fontainebleau Resorts owner Jeff Soffer. Instead of partying with the rest of the Victoria's crowd, Gwynnie remained secluded with Soffer and Madonna's favorite base ball player, Mr. A-Rod.

Paltrow spent the rest of her weekend being treated to private hotel tours, Bentley joy rides, and yacht cruises with pal Kate Hudson, all provided by Soffer. Witnesses also say that Gwynnie appeared quite thin, perhaps from stress, and was not the vision of a "a happily married woman."

But, of course, a Paltrow pal says that the actress went and visited her husband right after her Miami trip, and her rep says, "Jeff Soffer is a friend of Gwyneth."

Yeah, we've heard that one before!

Was Gwynnie sent to Miami to keep her Madgesty's rumored new man company in her absence?

The Fountainebleau is also host to the big Victoria's Secret show this weekend.

Palm trees decked out in Christmas lights is something that could only happen there….or in Miami!

The Madonna "friend" was spotted out in Santa Monica yesterday, Monday, days before Madonna's show at Dodgers Stadium.

Coincidence?

When celebrities want a quickie, it's no small affair.

Attempting to remain inconspicuous, Madonna and Alex Rodriguez boarded two separate private helicopters to rendezvous in the Hamptons at Jerry Seinfeld's waterfront mansion recently, it is now being reported. They were picked up separately from the airport in white Porsches and black SUVs.

Because private helicopters and flashy cars and SUVs are hard to miss!

How nice of Jerry and wife Jessica to lend Madriguez their home like that!

An insider snitched, "The Seinfelds have been friends with Madonna for years. They're neighbors on the West Side, so it's really no surprise. And Jerry and Jessica go to her concerts whenever she's in town."

Of course no one knows what the "just friends" couple did during their stay.

Probably just an intense round of Monopoly!

Four hours later, the same black SUV was seen leaving the mansion for the airport, where one helicopter took off and then the other.

No meeting in disguise at bars and hourly motels for them!

With the recent news of Madonna and Guy Ritchie splitting up, a lot of personal information has begun to leak out. Especially about Madonna's exotic, diva, and a bit crazy ways.

And, now, with the two publicly parting ways, it seems we'll be seeing more of Alex Rodriguez slowly creeping into the picture.

Reports today state that A-Rod is buying a New York penthouse apartment two blocks from Madonna's so he can be closer to her.

So how much is living close to her Madgesty worth? Apparently over $53,000,000 for the penthouse!

It comes with four bedrooms and the building is home to many stars, such as Sting, who coincidentally enough was responsible for introducing Madge to Ritchie back 10 years ago.

A source close to A-Rod says, "Alex knows that this is a difficult time for Madonna, especially as she has children. So he thought this was the best way to be close to her without being too intrusive. He is completely into her and willing to be patient while she sorts everything out. All he cares about is just being close to her."

As for Madge, reports claim that she's hoping to have a kid soon. And you know she loves her some Latin men! Lourdes' babydaddy, Carlos Leon, is Cuban.

Despite being 50 years old, though, she reportedly wants to have a natural child birth and have A-Rod be the sperminator!

Wait, hasn't she started menopause yet? She best hurry!

A source says, "She thinks he's physically a great specimen. And if she is going to have another child, he would be the ideal man to bring one to her."

The two are expected to come out publicly with their relationship in the next coming months. And it seems there's nothing A-Rod won't do to please his new queen.

Turns out the baseball star will apparently start to spread the Kabbalah philosophy with sports-themed books aimed at young boys. Similar to Madonna's children books to young girls.

And A-Rod is already planning to go with her on a "spiritual" trip to Malawi later on after her current world tour ends as Madge is adamant about adopting another kid from Malawi, particularly, three year-old Mercy James.

As for the kids involved, Madonna is said to be planning a "Kabbalah weekend" to introduce Rodriguez to her kids.

We wonder how A-Rod feels about Madonna sleeping slathered in $1000-a-jar cream and covered in a plastic body-suit to fight aging? And how about not being able to have any processed meats or dairy products in the house or being able to watch TV?

Madonna is wasting no time reinventing her love life!

The Queen of Pop is already moving in on Yankees slugger A-Rod, who just completed his divorce from his wife. And, with Madonna's divorce in the works at the hands of celebrity divorce bulldog, Fiona Shackleton, the two will soon be free to date without scrutiny care.

A-Rod reportedly showed up to one of her NYC shows, but he snuck in after the lights went down to sit front and center.

The New York Yankees star and her Madgesty are also supposedly planning a trip to Malawi together as soon as Madonna concludes her Sticky & Sweet tour. The trip is intended to spread awareness for Madonna’s Raising Malawi charity. And, we're sure there will be a little canoodling involved too!

Before their trip, however, they're expected to make an appearance at the Kabbalah Center in New York.

Sounds like a home run!

As we mentioned earlier today, Madonna's rep has confirmed that her Madgesty and her film director hubby, Guy Ritchie, are getting divorced.

We also learned exclusively that Madge and Guy have NO pre-nup!

When will people learn? Pre-nups are a necessity nowadays!!!!

Now, some more interesting news is being released. Though not exactly a bombshell….

According to Us Weekly, Madonna and recently divorced baseball star Alex Rodriguez "are definitely romantic."

Craziness!

A source says, "Guy is not involved in this equation. With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven't been 'together' for over a year - they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing."

So, are A-Rod and Madge really hooking up?

A source close to A-Rod says, "A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever. Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna's in."

Interesting, considering that the two were recently spotted having a "friendly" dinner together in NYC just two weeks ago.

The source adds that Madonna "has agreed to be discreet about her relationship with A-Rod until her tour ends and a divorce is announced."

So why make it public now?

Here's something we thought we wouldn't see in a while.

After all the recent gossip and "rumors" that dogged them, Madonna and NY Yankee's star Alex Rodriguez were seen having dinner together in New York this week!

The two were spotted on Tuesday at the Dos Caminos restaurant in NYC and ate at a table in the back.

A source said, "They seemed very close."

Though that might be because they're friends!!!!

A-Rod has donated to her Madgesty's Raising Malawi charity before and the two have been known to hang out.

Their "hanging out" was too much for A-Rods ex-wife who finally got her divorce last month.

Wonder what A-Rod and Madge were up to?

Just a friendly dinner or something more?

Ca-ching!

Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez and his newly minted ex, Cynthia, reached a multimillion dollar settlement on Thursday.

Settlement details were not provided, but Cyn likely walked away with a good chunk of cash.

In her divorce petition, the ex-Mrs. A-Rod demanded their $12 million estate in Coral Gables, Fla., "equitable distribution" of all assets acquired during the marriage, alimony and child support from A-Rod, life and health insurance and enough to pay for private schools so she and their two daughters can maintain the "high standard of living" they're used to.

A-Rod fought back and said that he was only willing to give her what was required in their prenup and threatened to make ex-Rod pay his legal fees if she challenged the agreement and lost.

The 'happy medium' reached undoubtedly cost A-Rod some big bucks!

As y'all know, Cynthia blamed the marriage bust up on A-Rod's "long period of infidelity".

While she declined to name names, she privately told friends that one of A-Rod's of mistresses was Madonna.

While A-Rod conceded their marriage was "irretrievably broken," he demanded that allegations of his "extramarital affairs" be stricken from all court records.

What a joke, Yankee man!
