Beyoncé, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, & More Stand Up For Black Lives Matter With Powerful #23Ways PSA — Watch!

no title

This is some powerful stuff.

If you've been paying attention to national news lately, then you're aware that America is currently suffering from an increase in black deaths at the hands of police.

While victims like Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Sandra Bland, Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, and Trayvon Martin may never get justice at this rate, Alicia Keys is done with seeing her brothers and sisters gunned down by people who are supposed to be there to help.

That's why the singer teamed up with Mic.com to create #23Ways, a public service announcement that highlights just some of the ways black people can be killed on a daily basis.

But Alicia couldn't just do this alone… she recruited help from Beyoncé, Rihanna, Chris Rock, Taraji P. Henson, Pink, Janelle Monáe, Pharrell, Common, Rosario Dawson, Queen Latifah, Kevin Hart, Lenny Kravitz, Zoë Kravitz, Jada Pinkett Smith, Bono, Jennifer Hudson, Adam Levine, A$AP Rocky, Chance the Rapper, Talib Kweli, Swizz Beatz, Van Jones, and Tracee Ellis Ross to make this the most star-powered PSA possible!

Alicia Keys doesn't have much in common with the other musical acts at the BET Awards.

Mostly because the songstress didn't need anyone else for her innovative performance of In Common!

During Sunday's show, Miz Keys broke out her a piano, synthesizer, and acoustic guitar and mixed the layers to her hit single live on stage!

At the end of the performance, the hitmaker really made the crowd jump by throwing her electric keyboard right off its stand! Ride that adrenaline rush, girl!

Ch-ch-check out the impressive performance (below)!

Alicia Keys Disappoints In A Cheap Looking, Black One Piece On The BET Awards Red Carpet!

alicia keys bet awards red carpet 2016

Oh no!

It seems like Alicia Keys forgot she's an A-lister as she totally flubbed her red carpet look at the BET Awards on Sunday. Tsk, tsk.

Unfortunately, Miz Keys' black one piece and white headdress came off looking cheap rather than chic. While the BET Awards are often more of a casual Hollywood event, that doesn't mean you need to give up all together.

Still, the Grammy winner is such a natural beauty we aren't shocked to see that she pulled off the minimal to no makeup look. Well done!

Nonetheless, we would've loved to have seen Alicia in something a little more glamorous and/or form fitting. We can't be the only ones who think this, right??

Good for these celebs for throwing their full weight behind change!

Today, Billboard released its new cover, and instead of focusing on an album or celeb, or new artist, it's on something far more important: gun control legislation.

Photo: White Congressional Candidate Thinks This Sign Isn't Racist…

The mag's cover is an open letter directed to Congress asking for one very simple thing: sensible, simple changes on gun control legislation.

The cover (above) is signed by SO many musicians and entertainers — 194 of them to be exact — in demanding legislation, and the powerful open letter is being sent to every single chief of staff of all 535 Senators and Congressmen and women.

Celebs from Yoko Ono and the two surviving BeatlesPaul McCartney and Ringo Starr — to Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Zayn, Alicia Keys, and SO many more have attached their name to it.

And what they want is VERY simple and sensible.

As you can see, it's outlined in their open letter (below):

Pretty much every artist under the sun has performed a moving tribute to Prince since his tragic death in April.

And while BET didn't seem to think much of Madonna's tribute at the Billboard Music Awards, the cable network is taking matters for honoring The Purple One in its own hands!

BET Networks announced the late music legend will be honored at the 2016 BET Awards with a special live performance by Sheila E., The Roots, D'Angelo, Janelle Monae, and more!

This news comes on the heels of the network trashing Madge's May performance — which featured a surprise appearance by Stevie Wonder — insinuating the tribute was underwhelming in a pretty shady tweet.

In a since-deleted video, BET ran a short teaser of the Material Girl's performance, writing "Yeah, we saw that. Don't worry. We Got You."

But apparently, they DO got us — because Sheila E.'s involvement will easily make this the most personal Prince tribute yet!

The network also announced Alicia Keys and Maxwell, along with more stars, will also be performing at this year's award show.

Do U think BET's Prince tribute will live up to the hype? Watch the performance when the 2016 BET Awards airs on June 26 at 8 p.m. ET on BET!

With a slew of new music and powerful makeup-free photosAlicia Keys is back on top of her game!

The 35-year-old beauty recently spilled her heart in a Lenny Letter talking about learning to embrace imperfections instead of being ruled by judgement.

From growing up in the "tough" streets of NYC to transitioning into the "harsh, judgmental world of entertainment," the In Common singer wrote about the moments "where some piece of you realizes that to fit in or be thought of as beautiful, you have to cover up to be a bit closer to perfect."

She penned:

"I started, more than ever, to become a chameleon. Never fully being who I was, but constantly changing so all the 'they's' would accept me."

DJ Khaled would advise to stay away from "they" — as we all know!

But Miz Keys said when she started her new album, she spent time figuring out her world impact:
