We love it when a lady is happy after working out!!
On Wednesday, Alicia Silverstone left a pilates class in West Hollywood, and if it wasn't for her big bright smile, we would've thought she was down in the dumps. LOLz
The Vamps actress was wearing an off-the-shoulder top, sweat pants and sneakers, and even though her outfit wasn't tight, we could see that Alicia still had it going in!!
Peep the gorgeous mama (above)!

Alicia Silverstone has a killer new cookbook, The Kind Diet, out about how to utilize leftovers and streamline meal time.
Here are a handful of tips from the cookbook to help you out around the kitchen:
– Always make extra grain and beans — enough for a couple of days. You can use this food as the base for the next few meals, adding vegetables and other extras to round out meals.
– For a quick dinner, start with a salad as your base. Just add yummy leftovers like rice, beans, and seeds, or even a potato or tempeh . . . whichever you have around the kitchen that sounds good to you. Get creative. Throw in raisins. Go crazy!
– Wrapping leftovers in nori is perfect for eating on the fly or on a road trip. If you have food that you're not excited about but don't have the energy to turn into something amazing, just wrap it in nori and it gets a complete makeover.
– Soups are great for quick meals because you can empty the fridge into a leftover soup! Start with water or a good vegetable stock, then add grain or sweet potatoes or beans and any vegetables you haven't gotten around to using. Eat with a slice of toast. Quick, yummy, and satisfying.

Alicia Silverstone is a devout vegan and has a new vegan cookbook coming out. But that doesn’t mean she’s perfect, and she admits that she sometimes slips up and cheats on her diet. Dairy is her weakness.
"If I was at a party and there was a tray of cheese sitting there and I had had drinks, then I might have a bite," said Silverstone.
Alicia doesn’t beat herself up too much for occasionally indulging:
"It's human. It's a really good reminder that sometimes you need to have what you remember is this good thing. Because then you have it, and you're like, 'Actually that wasn't better than the recipes in my book.'"
She credits her vegan diet for helping her maintain her great health and looks:
"I haven't been to a doctor in 13 years. I don't have to worry about calories, I don't have to worry about how I look because I know that what I do makes me look my best."
We think she has a fabulous attitude about eating — do your best, but if you slip up every once in a while, don’t hate yourself too much for it!
