The couple who cashed in on the footage of Amy Winehouse smoking crack in 2008 have been ordered to donate the $$$$$ to a charity!!!

John Blagrove, a drug dealer seen offering Wino ecstasy and coke in the vid, and Cara Burton were slipped more than $80,000 by The Sun in January '08 for selling the tabloid the video of a bleached blonde Amy allegedly taking a hit off a crack pipe in her London flat.

Blagrove, who was jailed on previous drug offenses for two years, and Burton, who received two years probation, were ordered by a Snaresbrook Crown Court judge to cough up the $$$$.

"If it goes to charity, that is the most just result in my opinion," Judge Tudor Owen stated.

The money will now be going to charities for children as well as anti-drug charities.

How fitting!

While Amy Winehouse is busy boozing and recording on permanent vacation in St. Lucia, her publishers have found a way to keep milking the cash cow.

Amy's now famously ironic lyrics will be printed on gift wrap and greeting cards, setting a new standard in tackiness. According to a source, "The first item in the Winehouse range will be wrapping paper with the chorus of Rehab emblazoned all over it." Make sure to use that when you wrap up a six pack.

Wino is officially on permanent vacation!

The drug-addicted songstress turned alkie is 99.9% positive she wants to make her vacay spot of St. Lucia her home!

"Amy loves St. Lucia and never wants to leave. She thinks the island has done her the world of good and she's writing more than ever," a source close to the trainwreck revealed.

St. Lucian officials have even confirmed that Winehouse has applied to become a permanent resident of the Caribbean island.

We're not sure how Wino figured this shiz out, but moving to St. Lucia may be the smartest career move Amy has ever made!

How so?

By spending less than 183 days in the UK, Wino will be eligible to register as a tax exile, saving $$$$$ from the ongoing sales of her Grammy-award winning album, Back to Black!!

"She's paid tens of thousands in tax already but she sees that she can avoid another huge bill. She'll be able to keep a larger slice of her fortune this way," another friend of Amy's explained to reporters.

With the way Wino's literally pissing away her hard earned $$$ on booze, she'll need all the extra cash she can get her paws on!

Amy Winehouse's parents, Mitch and Janis Wino, claim that their daughter has given up the drugs but cannot shake her addiction to alcohol!!!

It's always something with her!!!

"I need my daughter to be a whole person again. I've tried it all," says her father. "I said: 'Amy you've got to do this, you've got to go to this doctor, you've got to do this, you've got to do that, you're killing me, you're killing your mum.'

Unfortunately, none of it worked as Amy is still boozing it up in St. Lucia!!!

"The need to rescue her is enormous. I just want her to be OK and I would do whatever it took to make that right," says her mom.

Well, why aren't you going to get her?!

"Amy is in denial all the time. She probably feels trapped, her body is trapping her. But I know with addiction you do not have the choice because the substance itself directs you," she continued.

We understand that everyone has setbacks but Wino has been on this bender for quite some time!

Amy Winehouse's mom, Janis, says her crazy kid goes on benders because she has no friends. The booze hound turns to the bottle because she feels so isolated from her peeps in St. Lucia and once she overcomes the loneliness, she'll be back on track.

In a new interview, Janis says: "Two of her closest friends are going over to try to calm her down a bit. I think it will make a big difference because in the past few weeks she's been bored. "

What a load of crap!

She wouldn't be so bored if she could make it through a performance. If she could manage to stand on her own two feet, she would be SUPER busy.

And what's more, Janis doesn't seem to be concerned about the drinking, regarding it as more of a phase then a problem.

"It's just another one of Amy's addictions getting the better of her."

And costing her a chance a semi-decent career. Don't forget that!

Move over, Paula Abdul, because someone else is letting their craziness out on the home shopping fashion world.

Amy Winehouse may not be able to make it through any of her concerts, but the girl has to make a living and she is starting a jewlery line to do just that.

London-based label, PPQ, has agreed to endorse this fashionable endeavor of Wino.

We hope they have a ton of cash to burn, because we anticipate that this will go up in flames faster then you can say "Wino, put down the pipe."

The theme song for the new 007 movie is up for grabs and the studios two choices for a performer are Amy Winehouse and Duffy.

The two females are said to be considered again, since they both were rumored to be providing the theme to Quantum of Solace. Only Winehouse had a real chance, but producer Mark Ronson claimed she "wasn't ready" to head into the studio.

Doesn't look like she will be ready this time around either, folks. Our money is on Duffy.

Amy Winehouse has canceled another concert!

Why does she even bother scheduling them in the first place?

This time, Wino was slated for a gig in London to celebrate 50 years of Island Records. But her management issued a statement saying she and her band would be missing the performance because…

We have no idea!

No one would say why the drunkard wouldn't make the trip, just that she wouldn't. All a spokesperson for the venue would say was: "Amy would like to apologize to her fans who bought tickets for the show."

Lame.

Word to the wise, we don't think this bitch is gonna be performing anytime soon, so save your money.

Wino was taken to the hospital for the third time in three months last night. The docs of St. Lucia knew the drill so well, she was released the same night!

Friends worry that this latest trip will mean she is still not ready to return to the stage, which she is slated to do in London at the end of this month.

“Amy’s gig might as well be canceled now," a source says. "She’s not going to make it. It’s not worth her while even if she does make it, it will be a shambles."
