Amy Winehouse was busted by police on Wednesday, PerezHilton.com has learned.

Why????

Drugs.

No surprise there!

Just last week, Amy was questioned by police on charges of assault. She was let off with a caution.

She may not be so lucky this time!!!

Update:

Amy is currently being questioned by police over alleged drug offenses at an east London police station.

Scotland Yard said a 24-year-old woman attended a police station by appointment and was arrested over the possession of drugs.

She's such a crackhead!!!!!

Wino was arrested by "appointment."

This latest incident apparently is related to her crack smoking video of a few months back.

Amy Winehouse is still a fucking mess, and everyone around her knows it.

The singer's Back to Black collaborator, Mark Ronson, was set to work on her for the theme song to the new James Bond film, but that didn't pan out.

Why????

Says Mark: "We did work on it but we never finished it. I don’t think it will happen unless by some miracle it gets recorded and someone sings on it. I’m not sure Amy is ready to work on music yet.”

Ouch!

For her part, Winehouse's rep released the following - very politically correct - statement: “Mark presented a track to Amy, but she had other ideas about the direction it should take. We’re sure they will continue to make great music together.”

We're sure they will continue to make great music together too, unless Amy is dead or in jail. Both very likely scenarios!

Guess Amy Winhouse gets horny when she's high!

The UK media is reporting that that Alex kid isn't the only one Wino's been messing around with while hubby Blake's been locked up.

Wino supposedly got it on with Pete Doperty's Babyshambles band member, guitarist Mik Whitnall.

A 'friend' reveals, “He says they’ve slept together a couple of times. He told a few people after that stuff about her and Alex Haines came out. It’s always supposed to have happened when they’ve been on a bender. Telling people about her birthmark is his way of proving it happened. It’s male bravado.”

But seems like Mik was just a fling and he doesn't have anything on Alex in Amy's book.

Another 'friend' of Amy's reveals to the British paper that Amy is "really into Alex".

BUT, the big bombshell the 'friend' dropped is that Ames is faking her dedication to Blake because, "She’s terrified he’ll do something stupid."

Her beehive keeps the tabloid writers of the U.K. employed and happy!

Rumors are a circulating that Amy Winehouse will leave her current label after her next album so she can start up her own label.

Wino supposedly would go into the label thing with the guy she just dumped, Alex Haynes, who's 'gained music know-how' through being Amy's manager's assistant.

A source told the UK's Sun, "For the first time in her career, Amy is beginning to have her head turned by the cash she can make… It's never been a huge deal in the past, but she is beginning to realise everyone else is making all the money out of her success."

The source goes on to report that Wino would apparently like to sign her friends Remi Nicole and Tyler James and have control over her own finances.

Again this is just a rumor. (Smells like bullshit.)

But, should it actually happen, we think it's a disaster in the making!

Since reports of her infidelity began popping up this weekend, Amy Winehouse is finally speaking publicly about the speculation and denying the rumors that she's sleeping around.

According to reports, Amy has been shacking up with her manager's assistant, Alex Haynes.

Both both Wino's parents have released statements, pretty much confirming the affair, and Amy has apparently had enough.

Winehouse got into a huge screaming match with her father, Mitch, at her home on Monday, PerezHilton.com has learned.

Amy then stepped outside her front door, visibly shaken, to "set the record straight" - with none other than the paparazzi!

Winehouse began to attack the media for spreading "lies after lies after lies" about her.

One photog states that "Her father arrives, goes into her house and gives her a massive bollocking. You could just hear screaming and shouting inside. He was telling her, 'You've got to fucking pull yourself together.' We just heard swearing and shouting."

The paparazzi continues, "I ended up having a 10-minute conversation with her on the doorstep. She insisted she is not divorcing Blake. She's totally in love with him. I said, 'How are things?' She said, 'It's beautiful. The summer's come and I can't wait to get my Blake back.'"

He adds, "She said to me, 'You've seen us together - and you know how much we're in love with each other. We're gonna be together forever. Can you tell the people at the papers to stop writing lies after lies after lies. We're not splitting up, I don't have a new boyfriend, I'm totally in love with Blake and I'll be going to court with him every single day to support him throughout his case. I couldn't be happier.'"

Interesting.

Maybe Amy was just drunk and/or high????

Or, she's just lying to us and wants the public to believe her side of things!

Amy Winehouse is planning to tour the U.S. this summer, PerezHilton.com can exclusively reveal.

But, will immigration officials allow the drug addict, whose had many run-ins with the law lately, to come into the country???

On Monday, Ticketmaster posted this concert listing for Wino.

It's a show at the Greek Theater in San Francisco this August. And, no, it's not a mistake. Tickets go on sale this Sunday, May 4th.

Amy is playing large venues across the States. She's even playing the massive Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Will she be able to get her act together in the next few months???

She better!

This tour is expected to be a big payday for the singer.

She'll probably end up bailing on it!
