He got into a jam. AGAIN!

Andy Dick was arrested around 2am Wednesday morning at a restaurant called Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, CA (about an hour east of LA) on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery.

Andy had to go all the way out to the Inland Empire for late night wings? ???

We can almost picture it now…Dick sexually harassing a restaurant patron with a buffalo wing.

Ewww!

Andy was being held this morning at the Southwest Detention Center with a bail amount set at $5,000.

Messy. Messy. Messy.

Maybe his son can bail him out????

He must be SO proud of his dad!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Andy Dick checked into the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas on Thursday evening and created a big scene.

"He was drunk and he brought his pit bull with him," an insider tells us.

Turns out Andy's dog is just as crazy as he is.

The pit bull BIT a hotel guest, so the Hard Rock had to throw the Dick out.

Andy Dick took his son, Lucas, to the Paley Television Festival in Los Angeles on Monday night.

We can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to have ANDY DICK as your father.

So embarrassing!

Andy: Son, have you read those stories about me being a drug addict?

Lucas: Yes, dad.

Lucas: Yes! Why are we talking about this???

One unlucky PerezHilton.com reader had a series of unfortunate run-ins with Andy Dick this past weekend.

And he lived to tell his tale!

This is what he has to say about that unpleasant evening:

"Hey Perez

I just wanted to send you a sighting. I was at Norms restaurant on La Cienega grubbing after going out early Sunday Morning around 3am and non other than one big mess Andy Dick was there.. He was a fucking mess as usual.. He arrived via cab and could not pay the guy so the cabbie was inside trying to get his money. Some chump approached Andy and paid the cab driver. Andy then ordered and half was through him passing out on the counter his food arrived. He then decides to go into the kitchen and run a muck. I didn't see him for awhile then I needed the restroom so I got up and went and he was in the restroom. He then asked me "if I wanted some blow" jokingly I said "do you have any" he then said "no". I laughed then as I proceed to use the urinal he came up behind me and tried to grab me and so I pushed him off and and ran out. Then he cam back out and sat down hung his head and practically passed out. After about 10 min he picked his head up and began to "cry" then pulled out a ziplock bag full of pills from his pocket and downed a handfull of them. At this point were ready to leave so my friends and I are in two separate cars and he walks out when we do and tries to get into the car with my friend, she locked her door and drove off. Iwas pretty funny /sad.. lol

Andy Dick always delivers the crazy, and for that we are so grateful.

The homosexually inclined un-funnyman was at VH1's end of summer party at the LG House in Malibu on Friday night when things got a little out of control, as they tend to when the Dick is in the building.

"Andy got really fucked up and rowdy and passed out on the floor," a source tells us. "Security ended up kicking him out of the party!"

Andy Dick must be seriously into watersports!

The un-funny man was given a ticket by police in Columbus earlier this week for urinating in public.

Sources tell PerezHilton.com that he also urinated on a few people at a couple of nightclubs - against their will.

They should file charges!
