Arnold Schwarzenegger and fitness can never be separated!

He might have grown up body building only to be body maintaining later in life, but his years in the spotlight have always revolved around him being physically fit and imposing! Wanna know what the least imposting thing he could do is?

Ride a mountain bike! LOLz!

Seriously, seeing Arnold on a mountain bike is like the least threatening thing we've seen him do since we first learned who he was! It's such a gentle and easy thing for the Terminator spend his time doing — but it keeps him healthy and active, and that's all that matters!

Do some sweet jumps off a ramp, Arnold!

Well, this is incredibly sad news.

Joe Weider, the fitness icon largely responsible for discovering and mentoring Arnold Schwarzenegger during his years as a teen bodybuilder, passed away from heart failure yesterday afternoon.

He was 93 years old.

In a statement, the actor and former Governator said of the man behind Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Shape and Men's Fitness:

We remember a time when Arnold Schwarzenegger was all about his body.

Dude had the biggest muscles on the planet, and they looked GOOD!

But Arnie seems to not care about his body or his health these days - if he did, he wouldn't be smoking no cigar!!!

Which is exactly what he was spotted doing in Beverly Hills yesterday.

If he seriously wants to keep his new girl around, he'll drop the disgusting habit.

No one likes stinky smoke breath!!

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back in the bodybuilding game, and is now the executive editor of Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines!

He was spotted strolling around New York City yesterday, shopping at Prada and Frye in SoHo.

While there, he was keeping it healthy, eating… wait… is that a cookie?!

If there's one person we want to hear pontificate on sex, it's Arnold Schwarzenegger, right?

LOLz!

That's not stopping him from talking about it — and it's not stopping us from bringing it to you! Ha!
