Looks like the vampire trend isn't going anywhere soon!

The CW ordered a full season of its latest and what seems to be its only hit at the moment, The Vampire Diaries.

The show is currently the most-watched on the network and raked in 3.9 million viewers during last week's episode.

As for the lackluster Melrose Place, the CW has ordered only 5 more episodes and seems to be holding out to see if the ratings will spike at all with the return of Heather Locklear.

And if Heather can't save it, we don't think anyone can.

Asslee Simpson could end up sharing the same fate as Mushy Fartone!

Sad news for the much anticipated DJ A.M. documentary. Earlier this month, MTV received the approval from Adam Goldstein's family to air his intervention documentary series Gone Too Far.

The show features young, real-life addicts and their loved ones while they attempt to get clean with help from Adam. However, the premiere on Monday only brought in 500,000 viewers. That's very low for MTV standards.

We're a bit surprised. We figured people might tune in to view the last bit of Adam's work.

But MTV isn't giving up hope on the show yet. According to an MTV spokesperson, the network still plans to keep the show in its time slot.

As for the reality trainwreck show Jon & Kate Plus 8 Kate Plus 8, their episode actually did better than the previous one. The show went up to 2.5 million viewers this week as opposed to 1.7 million last week.

But poor Melrose Place. People must be tired of watching Ashlee Simpson on the screen as the last episode brought in just 1.4 million viewers. That's a 22% drop and the show's lowest ratings yet.

Cancellation time, maybe?

Wow!

We know it's your birthday, Asslee, but way to shove it in your poor sister's face that you're happily married and she isn't.

Can't really blame her, we guess. Judging by the look of her, she was already hammered enough to be unable to remember a thing about this birthday bash! Thank goodness there is photographic evidence.

Jessica Simpson came out to Las Vegas to celebrate her younger sister's 25th birthday on Saturday. We're guessing by the fact that she never took off the sunglasses that she might have been a little worse for wear as well. However, we'll concede that she deserves to go on a bender or two after the last birthday she celebrated. (You know, the one when Tony Romo dumped her ass?!)

We don't think either of them touched one of those cupcakes, though.

Someone needs to hire a new hairstylist. And fast!

YESsica Alba was spotted out Sunday in Beverly Hills getting her nails done. And, unfortunately for Alba, she's sporting a shiteous new hair don't!

Apparently, her hairdresser dipped into Ashlee Simpson's favorite hair color and effed up Alba's locks.

Seriously, how desperate do you have to be to want to look like Asslee?

You might have taken her hair color, but please don't take her makeup stylist!

Asslee Simpson and husband Pete Wentz were spotted out with their adorable little chubster, Bronx Mowgli, this afternoon at a park in Beverly Hills.

Boy, they sure are smiley for the paparazzi, considering they just cited them as one of the reasons they want to leave Hollywood to give baby Bronx a normal life.

Look at Ass hammin' it up and grinning right into the camera!

Puh-lease, you two aren't going anywhere!

If she's the representation for women in their 20s, society is mayjahly effed!

Asslee Simpson shits on graces the cover of Redbook and offers up some deets on her baby, why she's better than her sister, and how she's matured (really?!).

Here are some HIGHlights:

On sister, Jessica wanting her life:
"She's always saying, 'Oh, I want a baby!'"

On forgetting to take her birth control motherhood:
"Being a mom's so empowering and incredible. I'm one of those people who believes that life brings things to you at a certain time for a certain reason, and if you just go with it, that's where the best moments come from."

On maturing:
"I've grown up so much. Your body is changing, and it's such an amazing time to feel that connection … Being pregnant was the healthiest I've ever been in my life. Except for the cupcakes."

On envying Jessica's single life:
"I really don't."

So glad she's self-righteous happy!

The series premiere of Melrose Place Tuesday night was a HUGE disappointment for The CW.

The highly advertised premiere came in a staggering last place in the network ratings!

Even last year's (now-canceled) Privileged had a bigger audience for their first episode…by 37 percent!

Ouch! The truth hurts, doesn't it, Asslee?

We're not sure if Heather Locklear can even save this hot mess of a show?

On her endless media parade to promote her comeback attempt at career gig on Melrose Place, Ashlee Simpson revealed some interesting factoids about her pregnancy. Actually, she revealed some weird talents she performed while she had a gigantic belly.

She told Ellen DeGeneres for her show this week: "I could do the splits when I was nine months pregnant. I could put my leg over my head still. I used to be a ballerina."

Too bad you'll never be again!

Shame, ballerina's keep their mouths closed, so we never have to hear the annoying sounds that escape from them.

We doubt it. But that's what Koko Stanley Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are saying. According to reports, they're wanting to give their son Bronx Mowgli a "normal" life.

“Once you have a kid it’s a little bit different. You’re more protective. You want them to have a normal life, or as normal as possible," said Pete.

We hate to break it to you, but we think you ended that gleam of hope when you named him!

So the burning question is: where do the Simpson-Wentz family plan on moving? They don't know yet, but they have an idea.

Pete goes on to say "We’re going to figure out moving somewhere that’s a little less (public). But we still got to be close enough where we can work."

He also sites the paparazzi as part of the problem, saying "You’re just trying to protect your wife or your kid. It’s just frustrating.”

Well maybe if your wife didn't dress like this and pull shiz like this in public, you wouldn't have a problem.

Just sayin'.
