Hmm, are these the only clothes Ashley Greene had leftover post-condo fire??

The Twilight actress and her NEW boyfriend Josh Henderson grabbed some lunch Saturday, April 6th, at Cafe Med in West Hollywood. This marks the second time the gorgeous Ashley has been spotted since her horrible accident, but by the looks of things, it seems she's handling things quite well. Who wouldn't with a hunky beau like Josh?!?!

DAMN! Ashley Greene is looking so hot we're afraid she might start a fire!

As we were saying, the Twilight actress was spotted at LAX sporting a grin and looking fine as hell!

We're not quite sure where Ash was vacationing, but we're guessing she enjoyed some much-needed time away from her not-so-nice neighbors!

Either way, we're glad to see she's still smiling after sadly losing one of her pups in her condo fire.

It’s been rough for Ashley Greene as of late.

With the very sad and serious news of her condo fire and the death of one of her beloved dogs, it seems the Twilight star just can’t catch a break now that her neighbors have decided to speak up against her!

As it turns out, the beautiful actress is not so easy to live with! Not only has she been accused of having a constant rotation of friends and guests no matter the hour, but she’s also supposedly never kept a tight leash on her dogs’ barking!

The fire that consumed Ashley Greene's condo and killed one of her two dogs has officially been called an accident by LA law enforcement.

As we previously reported, the blaze began because an unattended, lighted candle ignited a nearby couch, causing a fire that quickly spread throughout the entire apartment.

Luckily, Ashley, her brother, and her boyfriend (who just maybe could've been Ryan Phillippe) emerged unharmed, however one of Ashley's beloved pups perished.

SO devastating! And a tragic reminder of why lit candles need to be snuffed out — even if you leave the room for a SECOND.

We’re not sure what went on between Ryan Phillippe and Ashley Greene, but she isn’t the only woman in his life!

After sneaking away with Ashley after a night at the club, Ryan was caught with another lovely lady in his car.

Busy week for Mr. Phillippe!

This time, Ryan was spotted out for dinner at STK with his baby momma, Alexis Knapp, as well as his daughter with Reese Witherspoon, Ava Phillippe.

Maybe these two were just having a parental dinner meeting?

Or maybe he’s already moved on from Ashley?

Well, we do hope he at least checked in with the Twilight star after her nasty condo fire…especially if he was the boyfriend who was there that morning!

There is new information regarding this morning's horrible fire in West Hollywood that torched Ashley Greene's condo and killed her dog.

According to law enforcement, the blaze begun because an unattended candle spread to the living room couch while Twilight star, her brother, and her boyfriend — do they mean Ryan Phillippe?? — slumbered peacefully in another room.

Sadly, officials say three humans were also harmed in the inferno. Their relationship to the actress

Ashley Greene's house was straight-up TORCHED this morning and one of her dogs has died!

Investigators still aren't sure what started today's fire, but 10 firetrucks raced through West Hollywood to extinguish the brutal blaze at her seven story luxury apartment building.

Apparently the Breaking Dawn star was home asleep after a long night with her boyfriend (???) when the fire erupted.

Sources say one pup, her Chihuahua was rescued, but her other dog died at the scene.

Apparently the saddened actress couldn't part with her departed dog, so fireman wrapped it in a sheet and gave Ash the body.

Ugh!!! We're grateful there haven't' been reports of human injury, but this is just so TRAGIC!

Nearby residents say they heard glass EXPLODING insider her condo, but the cause of the fire is still unknown!!

Ashley and Cruel Intentions star Ryan Phillippe are spending tons of time together, but we seriously doubt their sparks began this blaze!!

We wonder if he was the "boyfriend" described at the scene who slept over?
