Jennifer Garner knows that good nutrition starts with a healthy breakfast!

That's why the Alias star decided to take her little girl out for a morning on the town!

Jen and Seraphina Affleck were spotted doing breakfast in Santa Monica on Thursday, no boys allowed! Sorry, Ben Affleck!

After getting their steak and eggs fresh fruit and grains on, the mother/daughter pair went for a lovely morning constitutional.

Seraphina had an extra skip in her step- probably because Mom talked her into skipping the Butter! LOLz!

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are great at being movie stars, but we think they missed their calling.

They should have been cheerleaders!

The famous couple were spotted cheering on their daughters Seraphina and Violet at their running event in the Pacific Palisades on Sunday.

Well, they will be one day anyway! Until then Seraphina and Violet can practice with dolls!

Ben and Jen were spotted at the Country Mart with their girls and their girls' girls on Saturday!

The movie star couple was spotted taking their adorable daughter Seraphina out to an early dinner in El Lay, and–

Hey! Is Seraphina skipping out on the check?!

Nah! She's just plain old skipping! LOLz!

If he's spotted taking one of his adorable daughters out - you can bet your butt he'll be taking his other precious little girl out very soon afterwards!

Which is exactly what happened when we saw the man taking his cute-as-a-button daughter Violet out in Pacific Palisades.

And not only is he a fair father, but he's also a fairly fashionable one, as well!

Him and Violet's outfits were impeccable, and it is clear that Ben's good fashion sense genes has passed down to his little girl, too!

Could they be any more perfect???

The Argo star was spotted taking his daughters out for a nice fresh juice after Violet's basketball game!

Wait, she shouldn't be juicing! She'll get kicked off the roster! LOLz!

Ben also helped Seraphina get her sport on- they shared a lovely daddy-daughter dance!

Soon Jennifer Garner showed up and divided the duties.

OMG! Most ADORBz daddy-daughter outfits ever!!

Ben Affleck and daughter Seraphina were both looking sophisticated in grey and black as they got their morning coffee in Brentwood on Wednesday.

Of course, Seraphina's pink shoes kind of ruin the effect.

And come to think of it, she probably isn't drinking coffee!

But aren't they still super duper cute together?! This totes gives us an idea for a remake of the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Twins!

Ben can direct! Seraphina just has to pull an Ah-nold and spend the whole movie looking gorgeous!
