Ben Affleck is doing great after rehab.

We are genuinely so happy for him!

Ben Affleck is reportedly in a really good place only a week after he admitted he had undergone treatment for alcohol addiction at a rehab center.

A source close to the actor told Entertainment Tonight:

"Ben is doing great. He is still very taken aback by the outpouring of support since making his very personal announcement."

Aww! We're sure the support has been a positive influence!

The Justice League star was spotted (above) Monday while picking up daughter Seraphina from school in Santa Monica.

We're thrilled to hear that he's doing well. We wish him the best and hope he can continue getting better and better.

Ben Affleck is back with his family.

It's only been a couple of days since Ben Affleck revealed he has completed a stint in rehab, and he's already back to family life as usual!

As a little refresher, the A-lister announced he sought treatment for his alcohol addiction, citing his kids as his inspiration.

So, it should come as no surprise the recovering 44-year-old would be happy to be home with his and Jennifer Garner's three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The actor was even seen taking little Samuel to school with his ex on Wednesday!

An Affleck pal dished to People:

"He is thrilled to be back with his kids. Clearly you see that his kids mean the world to him."

It's great he's taking the steps he needs to so he can be there for his kiddos. The insider continued:

But after his performance was one of the only positively reviewed things in Batman v Superman, he isn't the hero fans deserve — he's the one they WANT!

Kenneth Lonergan is running to Casey Affleck's defense.

As you know, the Oscar winner was met with quite a bit of criticism during awards season due to his past sexual harassment lawsuit — something that college student Connor Aberle from Wesleyan University (where Lonergan attended back in the '80s) was quick to point out in an op-ed for the school's paper, The Argus.

After catching wind of the assistant opinion editor's piece, the Hollywood director responded with his own two cents, slamming the student's "tangle of illogic, misinformation and flat-out slander."
