She's not the brightest bulb, is she?

Miley Cyrus openly admitted that she's actually never heard a Jay-Z song, referencing her current Top 40 hit, Party in the USA, adding that she doesn't listen to "pop music."

We wouldn't quite classify Jay as pop, but she's just bein' Miley!

She continues to basically bash the song, further stating that it's "not even my style of music":

"I don't know, I didn't write the song, so I have no idea. Honestly, I picked that song because I needed something to go with my clothing line. I didn't write it and … I didn't expect it to be popular, originally. It was just something that I wanted to do, and I needed some songs and it turned out for the best."

Then she throws God into the mix to make herself seem grateful:

"I'm really blessed for it to have done as well as it has. Totally blessed. God has definitely put me in an amazing position with amazing people."

You got really lucky, Miley. Let's just call it like it is!

The only smart thing she said in this interview was that she will NOT be covering dad Billy Ray Cyrus' 1992 hit Achy Breaky Heart.

Jesus would not approve!

Miley's 9-year old sister, Noah Cyrus, put the global underage human trafficking epidemic to shame on Saturday when she showed up to the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation's 16th Annual Dream Halloween in El Lay dressed like a dominatrix THAT!

Eewwwww!!!

And she loves those stripper boots! The Scores dancer-in-training managed to slut up a ladybug costume at another event this weekend while wearing those suckers again!

After deleting her Twitter on a suggestion from her beau whim, Miley Cyrus has lasted a whole 24 hours without addressing the Twitterverse!

And Poppa Cyrus can't imagine a world so cruel!!!

Billy Ray Cyrus believes that the loss of Miley's tweets are detrimental because she's just following the advice of others and not thinking for herself.

Uh, does he know his own daughter?!

He tweets:

"I understand 'it is true one bad apple spoils the bunch.' But listen to the words of your songs 'Stand… for what ya believe in'…Remember?

Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born"Destiny Hope Cyrus" for a reason.You can't leave everyone now.We r countin on u."

Well, she didn't write her song and the only thing she shines a light on is the over sexualization of youth (aka Please come back, Miley!!!)

Boy, we thought he was going to ride his daughter's coattails forever!

We were proven wrong as it was announced this morning that Billy Ray Cyrus will be doing a movie without his beloved money-maker daughter Miley Cyrus.

Good for him, spreading his wings and doing his own thing.

The project is a made-for-TV Hallmark Channel Christmas movie about "a friendship between two boys — black and white — in 1960s Texas as they bond over concern for a wounded puppy."

Hey, we didn't say it was a good gig!

With Miley Cyrus possibly ending her stint on Disney's Hannah Montana next year, looks like Billy Ray Cyrus needs to work to make some money on his own.

Daddy Cyrus was performing Sunday night at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip.

Has Billy Ray had a hit (song) since Achy Breaky Heart?

At least it hasn't stopped him from trying!

Miley's older sis, Brandi, even opened for Billy Ray.

Brandi and her band, Frank and Derol, opened the show. The band consists just of Brandi and two other girls, one on guitar and the other on piano.

And yes, they are still unsigned. We can't imagine why.

Brace yourself, tween girls!!!

Hannah Montana will end in 2010!

Miley Cyrus' dad and costar, Billy Ray Cyrus, revealed that the Disney series will come to a close next year.

“Quite frankly, I give a lot of credit to Miley for taking it to another year,” said Billy Ray. “She didn’t want it to just end with whatever was the last episode we did. She wanted it to build to where there’s a moral to the story, to where it doesn’t just end and go away and that’s it. She wanted there to be an official ending to Hannah Montana.”

Or Disney is paying her big $$$$$$ for Season 4!!!!!

The fourth and final season will consist of 11 episodes and a one-hour long season finale, which will air in 2010.

Billy Ray did mention that it all could all change noting, “Anything is possible in Hollywood."

Translation: Anything is possible if given more $$$$$$$!!!!

Billy Ray Cyrus is a big fat liar!

Surprised, right?

After the incredibly LOLtastic conversation Jamie Foxx and guests had on his Sirius radio show about Miley Cyrus and her oversized ego gums, Billy Ray decided not to comment.

Instead a rep said “Billy Ray isn’t going to say anything publicly because he doesn’t want to this to escalate. He wishes it would just go away.”

Guess when Billy Ray went on that Bonnie Hunt Show he forgot that what he says on TV becomes public!

And despite the fact that Foxx already publicly apologized, Cryus went on to say on the show that, "It was hurtful. There wasn't nothing funny about it. And, quite frankly, I think if I said those things about his daughter, he might not find it so comedic."

Well, first of all Billy Ray, the comments Foxx said were funny. And secondly, you're not a comedian so you're right, no one would find you talking smack about Foxx's daughter funny.

Do U think Foxx was out of line with his "jokes" about Miley?

Does Billy Ray Cyrus honestly believe he has a chance at a music career past Achy Breaky Heart???

Daddy Cyrus whored out his new album all over the place this week, but how far did the shameless self-promoting get the one hit wonder??

Hits Daily Double has predicted Cyrus' album, Back to Tennessee, will only sell 10,000 - 15,000 units in it's opening week!

So pathetic!

Looks like Billy Ray's album plug disguised as an intro to Slutty Cyrus' performance on Sunday's ACMs didn't help sales one bit!
