America, are you ready for Olly Murs???
While we've already shown you his music video, we recently caught up with Olly, where he did an EXCLUSIVE performance of his single, Heart Skips A Beat for us!
This track is insanely catchy and it's been stuck in our head for days! Oh…did we mention he's super cute, too???
Check out the acoustic performance from Olly (above)!!!
We LOVE his voice! We're not surprised he was the runner-up on the sixth season of The X Factor in the UK!
Like what you heard? His album In Case You Didn't Know is due out on September 25 in the U.S.!
His reps insist that everything has been "resolved", however, it was discovered this morning that according to the LA County Recorder's office, a lien release, which would prove the debt had been paid off, has not been filed.
Better get that second album out and start paying the government back. If you need some help collecting extra funds, call Fantasia Barrino: she's done this a few times before herself!

The American Idol runner-up from a few seasons back has released a new single and….
It doesn't suck!
In fact, it's kinda a slice a synth pop heaven!
Check out Black Lewis's 80s throwback, Sad Song, below.
American Idol has had more failures in its history than success stories.
For every Carrie Underwood there's three [fill in the blank]!
Former Idol alum Blake Lewis, who came in the top two of the show, is joining the list of post A.I. losers.
Through a MySpace bulletin to his "friends", Lewis says he is "sorry to inform you guys on some bad news."
His tour has been cut short, apparently due to his management and record label, as he claims to be in the process of finding both new management and a new label.
He apologizes to his fans and everyone who bought tickets.
He was on tour?
And people bought tickets for it????? Ha!

Blake's album was released recently. You probably hadn't heard.

American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis was a guest on the Johnjay and Rich radio show in Arizona on Wednesday morning and he addressed one pressing subject of speculation.
"I'm definitely not gay," he told the hosts. "I'm straight. I'll scream it out loud."
