Back in July, the IRS filed a $124,798 lien against season six American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis for owed income taxes from 2007 - the year he appeared on Idol.
His reps insist that everything has been "resolved", however, it was discovered this morning that according to the LA County Recorder's office, a lien release, which would prove the debt had been paid off, has not been filed.
Yikes!
