Seriously, vaginas are f***ing rad!

Beyond being the portal to bring other human beings into this world, apparently they can lift a ton of weight. This one in particular can lift a 30 pound kettlebell! Daaaaamn!

Russian gymnast Tatyana Kozhevnikovam, besides having the hardest name to spell without looking at a cheat sheet, holds the record for "vagina weightlifting." Which is an actual thing!

Ryan Phillippe knows the exact kind of attire we want him to wear when he's on his way to the gym (or from the gym)… actually, this is the kind of attire we'd want him to wear all of the time, especially when he comes over for a dip in the pool! LOLz!

Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mentor And Fitness Icon Joe Weider Has Passed Away

Well, this is incredibly sad news.

Joe Weider, the fitness icon largely responsible for discovering and mentoring Arnold Schwarzenegger during his years as a teen bodybuilder, passed away from heart failure yesterday afternoon.

He was 93 years old.
