Don't mess with Khloé Kardashian!
The 31-year-old reality star has been getting in serious shape as of late — and she has her intense workouts with Gunnar Peterson to thank!
In one of the Kocktails with Khloé host's latest videos on her app, James Harden's love gives us an inside glimpse at her boxing exercises. We wouldn't want to cross her in a dark alley!
Fortunately, Gunnar is outlining how to do the various drills at home so we can get on that Khloé K. grind!!
The first move is a lunge step-up on a slack line, where you balance on one leg while raising the opposite knee:
"Find a step, and the key is to make it unstable, so maybe put a folded up towel on it, and that will create a degree of instability."
Gunnar recommends doing 15 reps on each leg for optimal lower body and core work.
"You want to think about the basic four [boxing moves]: jab – your range finder, cross, hook – you can hook with either side, and upper cut. Keep the arms tight to the body [and then] extend."
If you don't have a pad, have no fear:
"You can duct tape a big pillow to a wall just to make contact, or if you have gloves, you can tap something and make contact just so your body gets used to that feeling."

Zoe Saldana is one hot momma!
Though the mother-of-two is the perfect cheerleader for moms looking to get their post baby bodies back into shape, she did have some help along the way.
As we previously reported, the Star Trek actress voiced her frustrations about getting fit after juggling her career while being a mom to her twins, Cy and Bowie. Eventually, Miz Saldana turned to celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza for assistance.
In fact, the instructor can be credited for helping the 37-year-old get ready for her latest ST film just nine months after giving birth. Whoa!
In a recent interview, Ramona shared:
That's because the fighter is going to get one more shot at Holly Holm, at least according to UFC boss Dana White!
The former MMA champ — who lost to Holm last year in a surprise upset — will get a shot to earn back her title from the New Mexico native, but is Rousey really ready for this rematch to happen SO soon??
Talking to reporters, Rousey said:
In a recent interview, the retired boxer came close to admitting that the media's fixation with Cosby's alleged sexual assault history is based on racism. Whoa!
Though the athlete made sure to note that what the comedian is accused of doing is "not right," he felt that the news cycle is overlooking "current" problems in our country — such as police brutality.
Mike Tyson gave the internet a good laugh when he epically fell off his daughter's hoverboard last week.
The former heavyweight champ admitted that he was at first embarrassed that his wife posted the video, but eventually found the humor in it (like the rest of the Internet did!)
But after paying a visit to his doctor, Iron Mike said his nasty spill in the viral video was no laughing matter!
Speaking to TMZ Sports, the 49-year-old said his doctor ordered him to stay in bed for 7 days after he fell hard on his back!
Ouch! Not the best publicity for hoverboards!
Don't expect Tyson to give the self-balancing scooter another shot, either. He swore:
"Never riding the board again. It's not for me."
We don't blame him. He's probably lucky it didn't explode!

Never say Michael B. Jordan doesn't give an authentic performance!
The Creed star took his role very seriously playing Adonis in the seventh installment of the Rocky franchise!
Not only did the actor gain 24 pounds to play Apollo Creed's son, but he even took real hits in the ring!
The OG underdog Sylvester Stallone shared a clip from the set of the upcoming boxing flick that shows Jordan in the ring facing off against an opponent — and he takes a right hook that sends him straight to the mat!
