The buck stops here -- at least as far as going beyond a divorce is concerned.

Though we absolutely do NOT agree with Sarah Palin's viewpoints — especially her recent comments at a Donald Trump rally — we are still concerned about her husband Todd Palin's health after his very serious snowmobile accident.
As we reported, Todd was involved in a crash and was taken to intensive care where was in critical condition but stable.
A source close to the situation revealed Todd suffered "a variety of internal injuries" that include eight broken ribs and two collapsed lungs. Sarah's husband is reportedly waiting to undergo surgery.
Kevin Kastner, the executive director of Iron Dog, the organizer of a 2000-mile snowmobile race that former politician's husband competes in, revealed to People that he spoke with Todd's father and learned:
As we told you earlier this month, Bristol Palin and baby daddy #2 Dakota Meyer reached an interim custody agreement — but now a more permanent ruling has been put in place as an Alaska Superior Court Judge ruled that the former couple must share both legal and physical custody of their daughter.
According to court papers obtained by DailyMail, the judge ultimately decided it would be in the best interest of baby Sailor Grace to remain in Alaska with Bristol, but Meyer will be able to visit the wee one from Kentucky twice a month for four consecutive days each.
Although Sarah Palin's daughter originally objected to visits longer than four hours due to her breastfeeding schedule, text messages sent to Meyer prove that the momma-of-two is actually only breastfeeding Sailor at night.
The judge said:
Well, at least this is a start!
According to court docs obtained by the Daily Mail, Bristol Palin and the father of her two-month-old daughter Sailor Grace have reached an interim agreement in their contentious custody battle. Apparently Bristol and Dakota Meyer came to an understanding through a series of
emotional text messages.
The peaceful conclusion is not too surprising considering Palin just shared an Instagram snap on Monday gushing about how much her daughter looked like her "daddy". What's strange is momma has never PUBLICLY named Meyer as the poppa.
As for the agreement, Mr. Meyer will be able to visit his baby every two weeks starting March 18 with a few stipulations (we are talking about the Palins, after all). Per B.P.'s request, Dakota's three hour visits must be "supervised at Bristol's discretion" and if he wants to reschedule he must do so two weeks in advance.
In addition, the war vet must "respect Bristol's wishes to, the extent possible, feed Sailor breast milk," and he can't "consume or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during his visitations with Sailor". The political man is also permitted to Facetime the little girl "no later than 7pm Alaska time".
Wow, that's quite the list! As long as it's in S.G.'s best interests, than that's all that matters!
Explaining why she couldn't accept D.M.'s recent emergency order to visit his daughter, Bristol said she's too busy "breastfeeding" to allow four consecutive days of visitation:
Have Bristol Palin and baby daddy #2 Dakota Meyer made up??
As we told you, Meyer filed an emergency order of visitation this past week against Palin so he could see his two-month-old daughter Sailor Grace. The war vet hasn't been able to see the little girl ever since she was born on December 23.
Days after the filing, the 25-year-old momma took to her Instagram page with an adorable shot of the little one captioned:
"looks exactly like her daddy!"
No word yet on if Meyer was awarded visitation, but it looks like Bristol doesn't have any hard feelings toward her ex… for now at least.
What do U think of all this, Perezcious readers?? SOUND OFF in the comments!

Dakota Meyer isn't playin'!
This past week, Meyer filed an emergency order of visitation against Bristol Palin so he could see his two-month-old daughter Sailor Grace. The war vet hasn't been able to see the little girl ever since she was born on December 23.
While Dakota has already filed for joint custody and child support, this emergency visitation would allow him to see the newborn ASAP. A judge will decide Bristol's ex-fiancé's fate on March 30.
The ASAP visitation comes on the heels of Palin's first baby daddy Levi Johnston winning joint custody of their son Tripp Johnston. The legal victory was finally reached after seven years of fighting.
Though we hope this case reaches a conclusion more quickly, we're not so sure given B.P.'s history. The former reality star often claims that she makes her children available to their fathers, but the dads consistently say otherwise.
Who do YOU think is lying in this situation?

Things are looking up for Levi Johnston.
In response to the drama surrounding Johnston's ongoing custody battle with Bristol Palin over Tripp Johnston, the dad wrote a thoughtful message updating fans on the situation. The note definitely cleared up where L.J. stands on child support and his current relationship with Bristol.
Essentially, the Alaskan is thrilled over a judge's February 11 ruling denying Palin's motion for him to pay $66,000 dollars in backed child support. Not only did Levi say this high figure was impossible due to his income as an electrician, he also revealed he has been successfully making reasonable payments since Tripp's 2008 birth.

Aw! It sounds like Levi has the right intentions and is doing the best he can!
