This is some serious shiz!

Former bodyguard for Britney Spears, Fernando Flores, filed a lawsuit against the pop star claiming she made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him by exposing herself.

The suit details several instances:

"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]. The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

Flores walked into a room to find her undressed. "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up.

In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores]."

WTF?! He is also claiming that she said, "You know you liked it."

The more serious allegations are child abuse. On one occasion, Britney allegedly demanded Flores' belt and twice "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with the belt.

He even claims she fed both boys crabmeat even though she knows they had serious fish allergies. Both kids began to vomit and Britney prevented them from getting medical attention, allegedly telling her staff, "Mind your own f**king business!"

Earlier in the week, Lindsay Lohan was spotted with Brit-Brit's co-manager, Adam Leber, and now, sources are reporting that she has officially signed him as her own manager, along with Brit's other co-manager, Larry Rudolph.

Larry is no stranger to working with wonky, wild actresses - he was around when Britney took a buzz to her goldie locks.

Word is that LiLo is ready to jump right back into the game and is eager to take any and all projects presented to her.

But a close friend explains that Larry Rudy isn't letting that fly. He is insisting she stay on "lockdown" for a bit so they can evaluate her future plans.

Glee's Lea Michele opened up about having pop princess Britney Spears on the show.

She says:

“She was so professional. She looked incredible. She’s so tiny! She was great to work with. It was one of those things where you go to work and you’re like, ‘I can’t believe we’re doing this!’

“We are in a scene together. What we do together, I can’t say, but I will tell you it’s incredibly iconic! I can’t believe Ryan [Murphy] got her to do this.”

Britney Spears and boyfriend/ex-agent Jason Trawick spent some time showing off their swimsuit bods in Maui, Hawaii yesterday.

Brit Brit said recently that she is proud of her body and ready to do some daring photo shoots and possibly “bare all” in a movie.

It seems like we’re getting closer and closer to a Britney comeback…and we’re excited!

Back from the brink of Lindsanity, Miz Lohan is getting involved with the people responsible for Britney Spears' life transformation.

LOLhan has turned over her finances to Nashville businesswoman Lou Taylor and Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph, is interesting in rehabilitating her music career.

And she's playing it smart! Lindsay has turned down $150,000 offers to host pAArties at clubs and casinos.

"It doesn't seem right — Lindsay just got out of rehab and prison, and certain casino owners are offering a ton of money for her to host a party and be around alcohol when she has specifically been told not to," claims a source.

Another insider said:

"Lindsay knows she has to stay home and behave, she knows one wrong move could land her back in jail. She has support from her mom, Dina, and Lou Taylor, who is a strong influence and a deeply religious and principled woman.

Lou has been working on fashion deals for Lindsay including the Marc Ecko ads and a deal with a Russian fashion company. Larry Rudolph was like a father figure to Britney, and Lou is referring some business to him."

Miz Taylor began helping Lindsay at the beginning of this year when she wired her a $10,000 bail bond after she returned from Cannes.

Let's just hope this works!

It's nice to see that even though they're divorced, they can get along and spend time together with the grandkids!

While Britney Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick get romantical in Hawaii, her parents Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears are taking care of their grandchildren Sean Preston and Jayden James.
